My daughter and I love this cafe. We usually go to the Eastgardens Westfield one to enjoy a lovely brunch. Our favourites are the chicken & mushroom crepe and their fish and chips. The food is fresh, just the right portion and reasonably priced.
Service was friendly and quick, however wait service could be friendlier, work on pronouncing their words and not speed talking, and also be more aware of which food/ drink goes where. The prices were also above average, for mediocre food. I could have made better eggs on toast in my kitchen with a
Size of savings very small .There are better coffee shops around with more value for money.
Coffee and smoothies were amazing and top quality however the customer service was appalling. We first received the wrong coffee, then had the waitress come with a receipt and accuse us of ordering the flat white when in fact we had told them that we ordered a long black. I understand that mistakes
Ordered the $6.50 special (banana bread with small hot drink) but wasn't told that my caramel shot was an additional 80c until after I had tapped my card and after I questioned the price, very sneaky and instantly left a bad taste in my mouth as she was quite rude when she explained. The coffee was
UPDATE. Just visited again today and could not find a clean table to sit at in the centre. So sat at the least dirty one. Staff brought coffe and didnt take number. Also walked back empty handed past all the tables. No offer to clean the table or no apology either. Table number was also pretty feral
Coffee was average.... service ok....
Found it difficult to make a simple order, than having them bring the wrong coffee with a stale carrot cake and dense brownie that could’ve been heated up. Not to mention the customer service was extremely rude. There are better cafe options in the shopping centre!
