Long prep times, staff isn't actually Japanese, they're all Chinese. The food tasted pretty good, seafood was fresh, meat was tender and cooked well. Great for a night out but if you're looking for something authentic, I suggest looking elsewhere.

The calamari & prawns were cooked within an inch of their lives and were basically cremated...the fish & chicken were stewed and the fried rice was left on the hot plate so long that it was done to the point of crispness.

The fresh sushi here is really good and the service is fast and reliable. The miso is fantastic and it's always an enjoyable hands on experience. The prices are pretty fair, but can be a little expensive sometimes. The service is good and friendly. Would recommend it.
