The restaurant has a good vibe, the food and dessert are delicious as always. We have the sushi lunch buffet with the promotion. The fish is fresh and all the rolls are seasoned just right. Definitely have a good time here
Great experience, friendly service. Huge variety of sashimi and seafood. Time limit was 120 minutes, and orders came out really fast compared to other places, so we had around 35 minutes left (plenty of time). Would recommend!

Heat took awhile to cook meats. Didn't really experience slow service as mentioned by other reviewers. Timeframe felt really rushed. It was quite stressful to keep an eye on the time, order and eat.

This has been one of the best Japanese BBQ restaurants I’ve been to in Sydney! Although the price for the buffet is quite expensive, it’s worth every dollar for the quality they provide! There’s an abundance of options for high quality beef and seafood. Our favourites were the short rib cuts & scallop sashimi. Sometimes sashimi and sushi can be lower quality than the beef but I found this place to be equally as good! The sashimi I found was the same grade as you’d find at the Sydney Fish Markets. Orders come out at lightning speed & the waiters are quick and friend. I highly enjoyed this eatery and would highly recommend ☺️.

The food here is amazing, high quality wagyu beef, fresh sashimi and several side dishes, dessert. The service is also great, all staff are friendly and food coming so fast.

If you love a good Japanese barbecue, this is the place to be. They have a huge variety of meats available for BBQ including high grade Wagyu. They also offer a bunch of delicious sides like takoyaki octopus balls and fried chicken.
Decent food, good services
We dined at Kobe Wagyu Yakimiku just before the COVID-19 crisis lockdown and what a memorable dining experience it was. I had never been to a Japanese Bbq restaurant before and I was impressed with the quality of the food, especially the wagyu, seafood and sashimi as well as the selection of the buffet.
The wagyu beef just melted in your mouth, the seafood and sashimi was of the best quality and the sushi was the best I have had in a long time.
Additionally, the service was friendly and very efficient.
I am looking forward to returning and it’s the perfect place for families or bigger crowds.

I’m glad to see on Zomato how highly diners have rated Kobe Wagyu, up on the first floor across from World Square, at the edge of Chinatown. For that was my feeling too: this was great food and a great dining experience. And it was a bit of a historical meal for us too, as it was the last place we went to before restaurants got shut down (except for takeaway service) because of the COVID-19 pandemic. So, if humanity is doomed, it was great to have this as our last restaurant meal.

This place is the most efficiently run and clean buffet I’ve ever been. Service is top notch, you order off a computer screen and the food comes out within 5min or less.
Food wise, yummy. It is good quality wagyu and you can tell from the marbling. Although not the best I’ve had and not as tender as I expected, it was still so juicy and worth the price tag.
The scallops for me was the highlight though, super fat morsels so soft and sweet and sitting in butter.
Will definitely be back.
Amazing meat quality!! One of the best Japanese BBQs I’ve had in Sydney and I’ve been to a fair few. The beef is a lot better than the pork but I can’t highly recommend it enough. Booked through Groupon and enjoyed a discount so it’s definitely worth a try. Service was very fast and polite. The fried food was a let down but the meat is the focus so I can’t complain. Sushi was ok but sashimi was great. Would come back again! Make sure to book on weekends as it fills up fast.
Food: great quality, plenty of choices for both seafood and meat including tiger prawns, sashimi, eye steak and etc. It also has sushi, tiramisu, ice cream and snacks. All of them taste great. It was very satisfied!
Location: it’s in the CBD, easy to find.
Services: very friendly services, the manager was very helpful, who let us order the food we missed due to time restrictions.

Staff were quick to seat us when we arrived. The ordering is straight forward and easy to use. The price of the buffet is justified as the meat and seafood quality was superb.

Kobe BBQ was really pricey but definitely worth and recommended for those who are willing to dine with excellent BBQ. This is really good place to gather buddies once a while for party.

I've been to many Japanese BBQ places in the past but this probably has to be my go to when i'm in the city. You can pretty much go ham on everything until you're stuffed. Service is friendly and its definitely worth the visit! Will be back again soon! :)

We booked for a group of 8 people and the service was quick and friendly. They serve a wide variety of wagyu cuts and each when cooked to perfection just melt in your mouth. Would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy all you can eat wagyu meat without breaking the bank.

The wagyu beef was really nice and tender, enjoyed it a lot. Was a bit expensive though, could probably find something similar for a bit less but it was a good experience nonetheless.
Visited this place for my Boyfriend Birthday. They have promotion till end of December but one get the second one half price. It’s worth it to visit. They have a small portion on each serving which is great to buffet so we get to choose all the variation food. :) recommended restaurant

Great selection of food! Quality of meat was beyond exceptional. Service was exceptionally fast, we had 2hrs in total and within that 90 minute time limit for ordering which was more than enough time for the three of us. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning in future.

Yum! We booked a table prior to arriving so we didn't have to wait. The place was buzzing on Saturday night! We were taken to our table straight away. We loved the convenience of ordering from a screen. Portions were small, but it was a buffet so that didn't matter. We had a mixture of beef, sashimi and seafood. Great variety! We left feeling absolutely full and satisfied! Will definitely be back.
Pretty decent dining experience. You order off an iPad and the food comes to you. You get 2hrs eating for the all you can eat but orders are cut off at 1.5hrs. Food does not come out in order which is a shame. Service was good and the food was good too. I recommend sticking to the beef cuts as they’re good quality, juicy and comes with great sauce. The ice cream was good too but took a while to come out. The sushi was quite small in size but I didn’t mind as you don’t want to be full from all the rice. Side dishes were quite meh. Overall decent experience and probably would come here again but only on special occasions.
