Makanai - Sydney - Photo album

We went to this place two times to eat their sushis from the sushi train. We have not been disappointed as they were all very tasty.
Poor quality sushi train. Many items deep-fried or soaked with sauce to dress up the taste. Food not fresh. We tried the udon with Tofu and mushrooms and disliked it. Avoid.
Definitely not the best. The sushi train has too many price ranges - from $3-$8 there are 8 different coloured plates. The quality is not that fresh as they have so much sushi that goes around sitting there all day. You are much better off going to Sushi Hotaru in The Galleries Victoria where it is
The food was expensive and poor. We ordered a veggie and tofu udon + veggie and tofu ramen. When it arrived, both dishes did not contain vegetables. We only received three pieces of small tofu. The plates of sushi on the sushi train were expensive and small.
Wish the attendant/hawk at the self service area hadn't basically tackled me to the ground to stop me taking the number of soy sauce packets I wanted (and which I would have happily paid for if they were interested in selling them). Rationing 1 per roll in case of a national plastic soy fish shorta
Always available spots throughout lunch, excellent variety of dishes and very reasonably priced. If you're out and about looking for a decent sushi place then I highly recommend dropping in here.
Not the best sushi trains in Sydney. However if a quick dash for sushi is needed, this place is convenient as it is right next to Pitt Street Mall.
Please do not even step into the restaurant, the service was so bad and I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone, worst sushi that I ever had, not to mention its pricey sushi, the chicken katsu don is the worst, why? Because the chicken wasn't crispy at all, and it is on a plate next to the halfw
