I read the reviews that described this place as a "tourist trap". I think any Sydney Syder would know that any cafe near circular quay will be over priced. What you're wondering is by how much in price and is the food of quality? Or does location overtake any need to have quality food, customer ser
Overpriced bad coffee. These guys need some serious barista training but I doubt they would care enough to even try. This is a high turnover tourist area and word of mouth probably means little to these guys. The service from these people is rude and surly. There is zero friendliness from the staff
I ordered a smoothie from their black board menu. Price $7. Fine, I expected that. She said would you like to take it away or have here? I said I'll have here. Sat down and ordered a meal as well.
BAM - bill showed $9 for smoothie!! WHHAT! I complained to the counter staff and they happily showed me
Arrived and took a seat outside. No service so opted to head inside and order. Service or lack there of was appalling. A man stood in the middle of the café yelling it was table service and we had to be seated. He then went on to identify ourselves as customers who weren't seated and demand that
They always remember my name. Even when i havent been in a long long time they remember who i am and greet me accordingly.
The coffee is always spot on. never burnt. I also enjoy their sandwiches and the sweets.
The food is an absolute discrace, piled up bundle of mushroom, greasy bacon, tough dried out chirizo sausage, cold eggs all presented in a mound as if feeding pigs at a trough. Coffee and Crap, $25.
Great coffee, great service and always good food. Never been disappointed. Even better when the Rozellas join in to try get some sugar!
Nice place with a great location centrally located to Circular Quay. Went for breakfast and ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Very good service.
