We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. They made a mistake with the order. That happens. The response was less than adequate. Part of customer service is being tuned to your customers need to eat. This place has a steep learning curve about customer service ahead of it.

Don’t bother. Used to be tolerable when it was Sergio’s as a standard pizza pasta place. I believe it’s changed owners twice since then and it’s really not good. We ordered and then received the wrong meal only to be told that they no longer serve any of the mains and certain pastas on the menu. Piz

Nice service, we did an order online and also did the group on. booth good experience and good price. However we were missing some more toppings. I love firewood pizza, the only decent we have had in the inner west. Just the topping was a bit poor. We will order again.
