It has lots of Japanese noodles and rice bowls. We had the Black tonkotsu ramen, karaage rice bowl and gyoza. Meals were really delicious and fresh and service quickly. Then it was pretty cheap for me. We recommend this ramen shop who like to eat Japanese meals.
This Ramen shop was nothing bad to say about our experience. Everything from the service to the quality of Japanese meals, there was nothing to falter it. All foods were so delicious and the way that Japanese foods were really supposed to be. Also the pricing of everything was really nice value for us.
It was a great small ramen shop and really friendly staffs. I and my friend ordered beef curry and tonkotsu ramen. Their Japanese meals were really amazing! We really love them. We'll definitely come back.

This Ramen shop offers range of Japanese meals and noodles. The service was really friendly ,and comfortable space for me. I ate really nice Japanese curry and Tonkotsu Ramen. Those were really delicious. I'll be back soon.
I was craving for the delectable ramen again so stay here. Ramen broth was the right consistency. Then rich, delicious and not too thick for me. Also char siu were juicy. Further service was quick and nice staffs. I like to eat ramen and this is good ramen shop.

Meals were a good size and very reasonably priced .I love ramen and gyoza. It were nice value for me! I strongly recommend it as a place for dinner. It's one of our favourite places to eat in Sydney!:)

I went to the Woolworths nearby very often, but I did not notice this restaurant until recently. It becomes one of my favourites local restaurants in neutral bay. I especially enjoyed Karagge chicken curry. Their fried chicken tasted much better than the chicken made by some popular Japanese ramen restaurants in Sydney. I have been there a few times and I can always see some familiar faces / return customers in the restaurant. The restaurant is tiny - only about 8 tables (2 of them have 4 seats) A lot of parents bring their kids here for lunch & dinner. And it is also a good choice if you just want to enjoy some quick & yummy food alone after work.
The only problem is that I can’t find this restaurant on google map if I search ‘Japanese restaurants’ or ‘Japanese ramen’ around Neutral Bay. Today I have to look for the name of the restaurant in the restaurant (the name is not very noticeable in the restaurant either) - it turns out that I can find this restaurant on google only if I type in Megumi ramen. Not sure if it is something only google can fix it, but I assume that more customers will visit this restaurant if it’s visible on google map.

Another ramen joint. All within 5 min walk of one another in neutral bay. Forming the 3rd leg of the triumvirate is megumi, the other 2 being yasaka n toriichi. All at diff price points, all offering different ambience, you should be able to find 1 which suits your current preference. No secret that my 2 firm fav are yasaka n manpuku (chtswd). That said megumi isnt far behind.
Seafood broth ramen, white onion green onion spinach 1 chicken slice 1 char siu slice good ratio of ramen n broth. Speaking of which, the broth is quite unique, served hot, it is simply different (in a good way). It is not often you see spinach in a bowl of ramen, healthy i say.
Karaage tonkatsu ramen, char siu tonkatsu ramen, these are more ‘mainstream’ yet no less enjoyable (the broth). Medium creamy, flavour punch oink oink 🐷.
Prices are quite reasonable, run by japs (i cant rem the chef’s name). Go get em if you are in the area. The humble setting only reinforces where they put their $$$ in, the broth.
Very good tonkotsu ramen, not too different from the quality you'd get in Japan.
Fantastic place if you’re looking for some real Japanese comfort food. I’ve read somewhere that the portions were smaller due to COVID and the use of paper bowls?! That was more than enough for us… had the tonkatsu ramen and the chicken curry, generous servings, home made broth and sauce, crispy chicken, absolutely fantastic.

The broth of their Tonkotsu ramen hit the stop! It wasn't too rich and the pork was silky plus had charred skin. The chicken katsudon rice bowl was good too.
They are a bit busy during the evening with takeaway orders but that's a good sign the food is worth ordering. Would recommend it for dinner at any time of the year!
Highly recommended! We ordered ramen and a lunch special, and both were delicious. Decent portions, fair price and authentic flavours. The ladies were very nice.
Don't let the exterior or the food court-like decor fool you, this place delivers remarkably good ramen with unctuous, rich soup. The kaarage was also a worthy add on. Ryo's or Sekka are north Sydney strongholds but this gives them a run for less money.
Ramen Megumi is my go-to when I’m craving for authentic japanese comfort food. Service may take a while but I don’t mind especially when I know the food coming out of the kitchen will be satisfying. My favorites are the Omu-Katsu Curry, black tonkutsu ramen, and the wagyu udon. Very reasonable price on their menu too. Will always be a constant patron!
Read on a blog this is one of the better ramen shops in Sydney. The blog recmmended the bonito seafood ramen however I found the tonkotsu ramen to be absolute dynamite. Arguably as good as Ipuddo in my opinion. Really hearty, wholesome ramen. Only downside is due to Covid19, the shop is using paper bowls which makes the portion so tiny. But I wont minus any stars given the amazing tonkotsu broth left me feeling extremely satisfied.
