The food here was much better than expected.
The chicken was really juicy and crunchy on the outside.
The service was good too and prices were okay.
The wait wasn't long and the menu was quite good as there were quite a few options.
Would recommend this place for quick eats.

Schnitz does chicken schnitzel rolls and amazing chips. We tried their large chips, they were crunchy and delicious and so good with tomato sauce and aioli
Finally someone made a fast food option based around schnitzel! I'm honestly surprised it took this long!!
Schnitz is a great on the go lunch, you can easily grab one of their delicious wraps. Or if you have a little more time my fave is the chicken parmy, served with fries. Btw the fries here are super morish!
This food court has so many amazing options and Schnitz is one of them. There is a range of wraps, burgers, gourmet salads and schnitzels on offer. I went for the basic instinct wrap with chicken schnitzel, cos lettuce and mayo. All orders are made fresh and even though it cost $9.90 the chicken was good quality and just out of the pan. All menu items have the corresponding kjs information which is great when you are tossing up between a few options. Wraps and burgers are easy to take away but next time if sitting in I would go for the chicken parmy and chips.
I love this chain in the food court. I love the crispy fries with their special seasoning, the big range of sauces & the freshly cooked chicken schnitzels. The Parmageddon this time was tasty as always & I got it with the spicy crumb, although it wasnt as spicy as I had hoped. Also got a few types of grilled vegetables on the side inside of salad, which were tasty but was very cold. It would have been much better served warm. The wait was also long this time compared to usual but still a tasty lunch!
I come here often for fat Friday lunches. The schnitzels are great but the standout item has to be the schnitz chips. I rate these chips up there with the best

Following a disastrous attempt at trying to score seats at a nearby cafe, we shuffled across to Burwood Westfields where Schnitz has taken over the old Bubble Tea station in the food court. The fast food-esque set up meant wait times were limited and what better remedy for a Sunday arvo pick-me-up than a quick and dirty feed. This is therefore a review based on my experience with this particular outlet.
First point of sale at this joint is the option of tailoring your order right down to a choice of spicy or plain crumb. Vegetarian and fish fillets were available on the menu and by God was that fish awesome! This was no processed fish offcuts but a whole fillet of flaky perfectly crumbed and pan fried fish. It did take a while to arrive but the wait was definitely worth it. Paired with the stripped back 'basic instinct', this burger had me satisfied beyond reason.
Our second option was the spicy crumbed chicken Parmageddon. In contrast to the fish, this schnitty was slightly dense and dry. The sauce was well balanced but I found no remnants of grilled peppers, mushrooms or fresh basil as stated on the menu. Accompanying chips and coleslaw were your average staples but the amount of grease that leaked through the box onto the table had me thanking the universe I decided against putting it on my car seat to take it away. Still a perfectly sinful meal all the same though.
I love the schnitzels served here. Crispy crumbed and nicely cooked chicken. Service here is brisk and efficient as well as friendly. They do their best to buy some dipping sauces for the chips. I had Chicken Schnitzel Parmigiana with Chips. Nicely pan fried and extra tasty with Napoli Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese. The chips were crunchy with a nice seasoning added.
Their chips are to die for! After having only frequented the Ryde location, I was a bit hesitant to see how their other locations fared - but I wasn't disappointed. Extensive menu, well-cooked schnitzels and the perfect amount of sauce for my taste (a like my sauce/seasoning a little less)
Definitely a must try!
The chips are heaven. Schnitz gives plenty of schnitzel options. The lunch peak hour queue can be 10mins long, for a freshly cooked schnitty I'm ok with that.
When it comes to food courts I don't have high expectations. And when it comes to Schnitz, I was also a bit peeved that this schnitzel bar doesn't do wiener schnitzel, one of my favorite comfort foods. That all melted away when I tasted my snack bun, which was unexpectedly good. A gorgeous soft bun, crisp but tender chicken schnitzel, mayo and lettuce. The snack buns are a great innovation as the full bun would probably be too big a serving for me. A keeper.
I had an appointment in Martin place so decided to have a quick lunch at the newly renovated MLC foodcourt.
After a lap around, I decided to try Schnitz as I heard their schnitzel and chips were good. With quite a few options, I settled for the Si Señor chicken schnitzel wrap with small serving of chips. Ther was a long queue of hungry people but surprising the wait wasn't too long. They made mine a burger/bun instead of a wrap which I pointed out and they were quick to remake and were very apologetic. Friendly staff and good wrap with slight spice kick which I liked. Their chips were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. While the total bill was $15, it was filling and tasty so worth the price.
Good food, good service, good amount of options for vegans and vegetarians, its easy to customise your order. And the service is quick which suits my short lunch break.
