Visited this store twice in the span of 4 days and both visits were great.

Only taking cash, no card…. No sign up explaining that before you wait for ages in line.
No list of of flavors up on the many big screens…. Have to try and barge your way across everyone when u finally get to the front to try and identify what varieties they have…. And wow the ice cream names are wr
The star is only for the taste of the ice cream. The service quality is not great. The serving kept asking multiple questions and they didn’t have most of the stuff. The sundae we ordered was half the size in the picture due to small size of the scoop. Not worth the money.
Ice cream fell straight off the cone in front of them! Kids crying and they charged $7.40 twice! Not my job to tell ice cream makers how to put the ice cream in the cone, but seriously?!
Really disappointed. Asked for Ice-Coffee ended up with a milk shake, I had to ask for Cream, which she stated, it doesn't normally come with cream. We had 4 other items that were very average, Ice-creams that were different in portion size and an actual thickshake (which my husband said was a true

I wish I can give them zero instead of one star. I went there at 9:45PM and they refused to take my order she even yelled at me for opening the door because I assumed the shop was open since their Google page says they are open until 10PM and because there was a staff inside. If your shop close at 9
