Great dessert bar to dine in at Alexandria. First time eating at this Max Brenner and I was happy with the food and service. Tried their new Choc Hazelnut Cake and I really enjoyed it, especially the milk chocolate mousse. I plan to try the Lychee, Raspberry & Rose Cake or White Cocokare Raspberry C
Had some awful Tutti Frutti waffles delivered from this Max Brenner. Banana was under-ripe, waffles weren't fresh, was barely any chocolate sauce, and a cup of Bulla ice cream that was both melted and icy at the same time.
The worst coffee I've ever taste in my life. Order a large mocca with an extra shot for takeaway and this is what I get. It's not idn't a mocca at all, only a shot of coffee and a lot of foam, not even full. I normally came here to get my coffee but this is the first time ever I got this bad coffee.

Genuine question - is cold maple syrup just a doody st thing or all max brenners? I’ve had it twice now at doody st
Service was extremely slow for two hot chocolates (almost 30mins) and one of them was luke warm. Even after complaining they provided another luke warm hot chocolate. It was busy but is no excuse, it was also noticable other people had issues with their orders.
