Kabul Darbar - Sydney - Photo album

Non-pretentious, family owned eatery serving flavourful, traditional Afghan food with generous portions. The skewers were all excellent. The shami kufta in particular was exceptional, and the lamb tikkas were good as well. Reasonably priced food, especially for families.
Very clean, good menu, reasonable prices and friendly staff.
First time trying Afghan, will definitely be back. Delicious, generous and reasonably priced.
It has been taken under new management, the name is changed to Kabul Darbar. I love the sheer yakh (Afghan Ice cream) reminder me of Kabul sheer yakh. Soo yummy and reasonable price.
A very pleasant evening, good spicy food.
My first time trying Afghan. I quite enjoyed it. I absolutely love the bread (okay... have tried this before with rose jam yummmm). We got the lamb shank with rice and the chive dumplings. Very enjoyable and very cheap.
Good place for families. Prices are cheap and you get good value for your money. Only reason for 4 stars is service can be slow and they had our order mixed up.
The only good thing about the restaurant was interior and polite staff. However the main thing, the food was of low quality. Lamb and chicken, smelt bed; seemed as if the meat had been kept overnight. Rice were also not cooked as to how they suit Palao. Food was really worse. Sorry
