Definitely the best cafe by far, highly recommend !! I would give 10 stars Very accommodating, friendly, staff who really know their coffee. The food is delish but I would like to mention the irresistibly tasting coffee !! This place is filled with lots of love and the pour-over coffee is a must try (even for you non-black coffee drinkers). You will be pleasantly surprised by the delicate, fragrant tea-like and deliciously tasting cup. Shout-out to the handsome brewer

Brewistas offers wonderful coffee, delightful food and a great atmosphere. Adding to this their truly welcoming staff, it has most certainly become one of my favourite brunch places to visit! :)

We had breakfast there and it was soooo good. Would definitely recommend checking it out. A must on the menu - Kevin's Balls. You won't regret it.

A nifty place if you're looking for a special cup of something -cold drips, tea, filtered coffee, they have the lot! There's also a decent food and dessert menu for any time of the day you happen to walk in :)

Sophisticated, well-thought and korean-influenced menu. Wasn't disappointed for the two visits I paid so far. Coffees no doubt live up to the hype - gd quality baristas and beans with great complexity and after-taste. Great location too!

Nestled on a corner in Darlinghurst a cute little coffee shop with a whole downstairs cafe. The perfect place to pick up a coffee, have a quick brekkie at the brekkie bar or a sit down downstairs. It was so hard to pick something for brekkie the menu is extensive!! I went with the ham and cheese jaffle which was cheesey and delicious. Chai lattes were also great.

Kevin Ly and the team have recently re-opened at a new location in Darlinghurst. It’s a smaller space compared to their 1.0 joint but their new pocket rocket shop delivers quite a punch. They got your espresso and filter coffee needs sorted along with a new minimalist style menu and some pastries from Brickfields. There’s a good combination of usual café-fare to Vietnamese inspired dishes.

The famous Brewristas formerly of Glebe have now taken over the site where The Profeteia was in 2016 and then Cafe on the Korner popped up for a short time in 2017. Hopefully 2018 will see these the start of a longer standing residency for these well established baristas. Cappuccino ($3.50) using 'First Born' by Savant Roasting Company had enjoyable flavour and texture made by barista James Richard Craig of Roastercoach (2X Roasting champion and official Q grader) so my caffeine hit was in good hands. There's a few good looking pastries on hand but the Gruyere Cheese Toastie ($10) tempts me on my next morning visit or one of their Vietnamese Banh Mi as a lunch option. Downstairs is currently being refitted for something special. For those in need of energy and focus in their day the cute little black bottles of BBB 'Brewristas Brain Brew' are promised to do the trick consisting of MCT Oil, Formulated Water and High Grade Cold Drip Coffee — I might have to give this one a try as well.

Possibly the best cheese and ham toastie - ever. Cordial, warm and smiling service. I can see why the place is so busy with constant takeaway. Quintessential Sydney feel to it, the ambience (we dined-in), the food and the location itself. 7 stars for the great experience.

Best batch brew and cappuccino in Sydney! Been there almost everyday since arriving in Sydney and love the place not just for its coffee and food but also for the chilled out atmosphere. Matt, the owner is the sweetest guy ever and makes you feel right at home.

Best all around cafe in Darlinghurst! Wonderful coffee and wonderful people, especially Matt, the owner. Definitely a hub of Darlinghurst locals who come every day to sit or grab their takeaway for work. Lots of seats inside and out— Tasty, simple menu (mostly healthy too) with more extravagant options for brunch on the weekend if you want something special. Also, lots of dogs which is always a plus! If you need a haven in the area this is your spot.
