This Pizza hut has gone down hill in the last 2 years.. the pizza quality differs every time you order, sometimes you are missing a toppings some times not. When I walked into the store I was greeted to staff hiding in the back with inadequate music playing thoughout the store and a minor walking around behind the fridges without any sort of OH&S equipment or food safety gear on, I had to try flag someone to get there attention. Upon flagging them down they looked around confused and said my Pizza will be ready in 10 minutes... (app said pizza was ready for pick up) after 10 minutes I approached the counter again and was told if I ordered my pizza for the store before they said it will be another 10 minutes... at this point the staff took out the pizzas from the heat fridge a disappeared to the back... returning 2 minutes later with 2 warm (not hot) pizzas... Highly disappointing

Worst ever customer service, totally disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Never pics up the phone. Just one answer from the staff contact HQ. Called them so many times, didn’t even bother to pick up the call. IVR keep saying connecting to the store but they are not replying. Store says contact HQ, HQ (ivr) says contact the store. Never had any issues with other Pizza Hut franchise. Management has to train their staff how to deal with the customers. Staff said I can put your pizza in the warmer for 1.5 hours. Nothing gonna happen, your pizzas will be fresh!!! Are you kidding guys??? Asked for the refund/credit because of their app issue order got placed for Delivery instead of for the pick up. And the answer was “Contact HQ they will refund you as you placed an order from the App!!!!” They didn’t have any contact number either for the HQ. Told to google it!!! I really would like to get contacted by the Management

This store on past couple of orders has been giving wingette pieces only not a single drumette even in a pack of 12. This is by no accident, either they are holding out on the product or doing the wrong thing as a franchise. If your advertisement shows the product as both types of wings that's what I expect to be given, otherwise you should not be false advertising or put a disclaimer or remove this product from this store. I can't even complain online as there is something wrong with their web form hence why I posted here.

Very bad delivery messed up. Also I ordered a regular coke but they gave me a Diet Coke. Not recommend.

Ordered a Hershey’s cookie pizza, tub of ice cream and a ice cream sandwich. Upon arrival the driver said that they had run out of the sandwich so it was substituted with a small supplement ice cream with no apology and very quickly passed the delivery to us. Taking the plastic bag from the driver it was significantly lighter, opened the tub of ice cream to find it had been completely eaten and delivered in this way. Opened the door to tell the driver and he had already gone. Called the Wentworthville store and spoke with a female employee who was so incredibly rude and hostile. She said that they would drop off another tub which we declined given the state of the previous one & lack of hygiene standards in place. We were calling to let them know if the concerns we had not get a refund. She showed really terrible customer service skills and spent the entire phone call talking over myself and my partner so we asked for a refund which was met with a frustrated statement of “that will take up to 3 weeks” (I’m guessing she was trying to put us off getting the refund and accepting the tub of ice cream) I asked to speak with a manager who came to phone agitated and belittled what we were asking of them. Against his wishes, he granted a refund but said the driver would have to return to the house and provide cash (even though we had paid using card) again, this is a concern given it is supposed to be a cashless transaction and limited human contact. I’m reality, we didn’t care about the $10 refund for a tub of ice cream but the sheer lack of care from these employees influenced this. During the midst of a pandemic I think Pizza Hut should have had better health and safety measures in place. Given that Pizza Hut do not sell individual scoops of ice cream or milkshakes or anything that might need ice cream to be used in preparation in store it baffles me to think it is being snacked on by employees and placed in the same area as tubs that are being sold. It was really disgusting to see how the whole process unfolded & lack of care for their customers We will not return to this store or Pizza Hut in general because of this experience. On top of the lack of health standards, we will not be returning based on the customer service provided by the store itself which was far more disgusting than the state of a eaten tub of ice cream being delivered.

This Pizza Hut in Wentworthville is not in my area but I drive ONLY to this store because they make it very nice and clean they are. I always find hair when I get pizza form Merrylands store and that is disgusting. I mentioned many time to Pizza Hut by email and social media, but they never cared to speaks to Merrylands store. But Wentworthville pizza shop they have good service and taste nice & also clean

This is a strange one, and am not sure how to provide this feedback other than here. On Wednesday the wings are supposed to be $6, I was charged $9.45 on card, which I checked later I returned and was refunded $3 cash, then on asking refunded another 45c, still 10 cents short lol.....but that's fine. My real issue is different, I don't usually check price before tapping assuming a huge retail chain like Pizza hut will have their system in order. I am surprised should the system not have automatically charged the correct price considering its a Wednesday, if not they really need to update their system. In today's world not every one checks before tapping assuming it's all fine, to attendants defense he said he did tell me how much he he is going to charge, may be I misheard. So basically my concern is more to do with the Pizza Hut POS system than the service. This should not be that difficult an update to setup.

Worst. Don’t start taking orders by . The guy taking order ( happened around 11.30 2/5/22) . BOL kya(unrespectful act of conversation in Hindi/Indian accent) order. Then he started bolo kya order . Management at Pizza Hut Wentworthville take it into account.I bought double boundle . The base was so thick toppings way less . This is ridiculous and shitest pizza services . 🤮👎🏼
