Unbelievable... This is a hidden gem truly worthy of a visit, I travel from Sydney's eastern suburbs to come here for what I've come to discover as the best and most authentic Indian food in Sydney.
The garlic cheese naans are amazing!! All of the vegetarian curries are mouth watering.
Banquet for 2 is a great option and easy on the wallet too.

Great butter chicken and cheese & garlic naan. The butter chicken was creamy with quite a few pieces of chicken. We also ordered a beef vindaloo, which was a little on the salty side but very flavoursome. The cheese and garlic naan was really soft and pillow with a generous amount of cheese. Service was very friendly and attentive. The lady working was really nice and chatty. Overall we had a great meal with tasty food.

We’ve had delivery many times and been into the restaurant a couple of times. The food is delicious, well made and consistently good. The restaurant doesn’t really have much in the way of ambiance or decor but service is great. I love Indian food and I consider this place one of the best tasting Indian food restaurants in Sydney!
Every time I have ordered takeaway from here it has been of excellent quality. The chicken tikka is beautifully smoked, and the madras has a lovely creamy yet spicy heat to it. By far the best Indian food that I have had in Australia. The other night they were extremely busy and while I had to wait in store for 45 minutes for pick up, the staff were very apologetic and offered me a drink. It was handled brilliantly and the under pressure staff made sure I was aware of the status of my order. How busy they are is a testament to how brilliant the food is. Would recommend to anyone seeking authentic flavours

Delicious Indian meal at Sylvania Indian Restaurant tonight. The flavours were sensational in our vegetarian curries with an abundance of fresh spices, colour, beautifully presented. Garlic naan was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.
