Probably the best hospitality of any cafe I’ve been to, super friendly and accomodating and the food is great too!
I was very impressed with such a wonderful customer service and tastes. Big Benny and coconut over is a must try. Good job!

Great little Asian twist Cafe. Sutherland Shire little gem. Had a lovely customer service from the girls. Fresh yummy food. Tried to be healthy as there were many heathy selections. Got the fresh herbal rolls but couldn't resist a Nutella Thickshake. Kids friendly environment, especially the bubbacinos! It's amazingly adorable. Definitely coming back again! Thanks guys!

Great food and great service all round. This little cafe has it all, the coffee was delicious and so was my breakfast. I wasn't feeling super hungry so I ordered the poached egg deluxe, the egg was cooked perfectly over a generous layer of avocado and fresh cherry tomatoes.
I regret not trying any of the Thai fusion dishes after seeing the dish that came out for the table next to me. Not sure what it was called but I'll definitely be back soon.

Finesse has been a blessing and is just what Sylvania needed. A combination of affordable and quality food. They modify their meals to suit your needs (vegan, vegetarian etc.) and they definitely know how to serve great meals. My family and I have never been disappointed and it’s our number 1 place to go too. Not only are the owners always welcoming and kind-hearted, they treat you like family. And most importantly, they have AMAZING coffee!!

Close to the water in the picturesque suburb of Sylvania, Finesse Eatery is a little Asian Fusion crown among the thorns. Complete with a crowd pleasing standard menu and lots of seasonal specials, this unsuspecting little spot, packs a huge flavourful punch!!
We had to try the Asian inspired specials! Couldn’t resist the soft shell crab burger, which was warm crispy and swimming in a delicious sauce. We highly recommend the massaman pulled beef on purple cabbage. It was full flavoured and super tender. Would love to see this dish front and center on the standard menu as it was so delicious. Never had anything like it for brunch. Next we had the salmon benedict, with perfectly gooey poached eggs, but we were missing some avocado to pull it all together.
There were no sweet items on the standard menu, but we did spot the vegan coconut toast on the specials board and were dying to try it! Complete with coconut yoghurt, house made jam and maple syrup, this dish was a vegans dessert dream! To finish brunch we stole a dish off the dinner menu and ordered their famous deep fried ice cream in a light and crispy filo pastry.
Overall a lovely experience, excellent customer service, and creative flavours in every dish. We weren’t expecting the Asian influences from looking at the standard menu, but we were so thankful for the surprise! Very excited to see the spring/summer seasonal specials next time we visit!
What we have been waiting for in Sylvania. Food is always fresh, caters all needs and fantastic customer service. Coffee is great. Love eating there.
Best Thai restaurant in the Sutherland shire! Every dish was amazing. The food is exquisite, large servings and the service is impeccable. Can not fault this restaurant at all. First time coming here but will definitely be a regular.
