Review Michels Patisserie - Tahmoor

Good to see this kinda store in distant corners of the state. The staff were welcoming & friendly. No complaints in the coffee & sweets either.

This place has got to have the world's worst customer service I have ever been a victim of. From the vulgar attitude from the workers behind the counter, the constant disregard to basic human decency and do not even get me started on the taste of their bland, lifeless coffee. The least you could do is put a smile on your face when you serve someone. The atmosphere in this cafe is so somber It's one out of wolf creek. Any resemblance between the workers at this cafe and humans is purely coincidental

Consistently average to bad service. Rude, blunt and unfriendly. Foods average as is the coffee. Shuts too early on weekends and while most places will serve you till close this shop won't. Seem to get annoyed if you ask for anything that requires any type of effort. Pick up your game Michel's Patisserie your giving the franchise a bad name. The Michel's at Picton is a much nicer experience.

I found the ladies condescending and rude. I left my beanie and drink on the table to get a drink and as soon as I returned, the drink was gone. Had halt had a few sips from it. Asked the staff, one lady apologises and brings my drink back. While I'm walking back another one says, "You should let us know next time." Even before ordering I felt sorry of unwelcome. Maybe they don't get many non white customers and they still living in 60s where coloured folks were not served at certain places while others had segregated colour dining areas. Not going back again. Thank you

The coffee is good......sometimes. Service is a joke. The owners set a poor example to staff. They joke with themselves behind the counter but ignore their customers. Can’t wait for some competition in Tahmoor. These girls will lose a lot of business!

unbelievably the best coffee brewed by extrodinary brewsters. Two sisters own this amazing business, they will take excellent care in making you the perfect cup. Nothing is to much trouble for them when you walk through their doors..with golden staff, and a warm welcome every time...get yourself down there at least once and you will understand the magic of Michels Patisserie in Tahmoor.

Coffee is ok. Nothing to write home about. Not really many good places to find good coffee in Tahmoor unfortunately (happy to be told where I *can* find it).

Worst customer service! Rudest older lady that looks like she has sucked sour lollies most her life. Rude to young children, other workers in complex. Real shame as I rate other stores so highly.
