My wife and I stayed there on the weekend and absolutely loved it. The cabin had spectacular views and we enjoyed feeding the lorikeets from the balcony. Phil and Anja were very welcoming and were always up for a chat. It's unfortunate the restaurant burnt down but we will definitely be back when it's rebuilt. We have friends that have been and recommended this place and after staying we highly recommend it and will be back to stay again soon.
My husband and I have enjoyed two fantastic nights at the beautiful "The Polish Place". We have been able to sit back and take in the spectacular views from our little cottage deck, as well as to relax in front of the wood fireplace. We spent the day exploring the town centre and other must dos. Both Phil and Anna are amazing people and my husband and I can't wait to revisit. Thank you.

What a beautiful place.... The accommodation is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay to get away from it all.
The hosts are very accommodating and the view........ well, it has to be seen to be believed!!!!
Love love loved the polish place accommodations we had a beautiful stay on Monday night and we are going to make sure we come again next month and stay for two nights so can’t wait for the restaurant to reopen so I can enjoy my polish hot chocolate again ...

The Polish Place was our family's favourite place to go, everytime we visited North Tamborine. We hope this amazing restaurant will be rebuilt and will give joy to all of its regular clients and casual visitors as it always did! With love xxx

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and were over the moon with the overall experience at The Polish Place. All staff were so friendly and the cottages were very romantic and well maintained. The breakfast hampers were a good size and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook, even had a coffee pod machine. The views from the private deck were spectacular and we enjoyed sharing the sunset with the lorakeets that would visit each day. Loved the food from the restaurant and liked that it could be ordered and delivered to your cottage. If you are looking for a romantic weekend away or a longer stay, The Polish Place is a must.
Awesome mountain views. Great customer service, wait staff were very friendly and happy. Food is hearty and traditional, very good with some nice beers.
Caution: Do not sit by the railings unless you want unwanted parrot friends eating your food.
I have Polish Ancestry and I had no idea what to expect and I honestly have never seen anything like it ever before it was so beautifully decorated and such a charming welcoming atmosphere. The waitresses were dressed in traditional polish dress.
We arrived to late for a meal but I want to go again and again.
They had a lovely open fire it was like going home to South Australia and somehow arriving in Poland.
Anyone would be welcome.
You can buy the gorgeous little polish decorations they are imported from Poland. And the view was spectacular.

Could not have asked for a better getaway. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning with beautiful views. The highlight of our trip though was the AMAZING hospitality shown by all the team but especially the owners Phil and Ania. It’s was a pleasure getting to know you and spend time with you, we can’t wait to come back!
Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Views alone are worth the visit. Only had a taste of the menu with the polish pancakes but they were incredible! Service was wonderful with friendly wait staff who even acknowledged it took a little longer for food to come because they were busy by bringing us a complimentary Polish hot chocolate. Can't wait to go back! Thankyou!
Very picturesque and amazing views. The Pierogi were perfect and the chicken breast in creamy dill sauce with mashed potato and vegetables was beautiful. Warm & hearty on a cold, wet winters day. The potato pancakes were oily, dry, to hard too eat with a fork & too big to eat with your hands...And the service was a bit slow too. Apart from that it was very traditional Polish food, from the decor, the smells and the attire of the wait staff. Next time we hope to eat out on the balcony.
Beautiful location, view and (I assume) traditionally styled venue and dressed waiters and waitresses.
Really enjoyed all the food. Just make sure you have one or two extra hungry mouths if you order the pork hock!
My partner and I stayed for a weekend for a wedding and it was the most beautiful getaway! Not only are the cottages so gorgeous but the views are amazing and you feel so at peace 😌 we were looked after so beautifully by the staff and wonderful owners Ania and Phil. They went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend anyone wanting to escape to the mountains for some tranquility and we are already planning our next stay 😊
