Review Hissy Fits Cafe - Tamworth

Great cafe in main street of Tamworth. Food and drinks were all delicious, and great value. Can recommend the tater tots, fried chicken burger, and Vietnamese iced coffee. Staff were also friendly.

Awesome service, lovely caring staff and so dog friendly. Food was delicious! Chicken and waffles to die for! Partner had eggs Benedict and love it. Coffee hot and strong can’t get much better for Brekky really!!! Awesome :)

I've become a regular at Hissy Fits over the last few months. Today I enjoyed the Philly Cheesesteak and was not disappointed. If you have the opportunity to dine here, take a moment to absorb the relaxing atmosphere while indulging in the flavorful dishes. If you don't have the chance, consider stopping in for a coffee, you wont be disappointed. Customer satisfaction is no surprise when your staff put in as much heart as these lot.

The food is fantastic, the tall server with the curly blonde hair is always lovely and the decor is interesting. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the barista that made my coffee today or her lack of cross contamination awareness. I got a coffee today and watched her rinse the inside of a jug that had previously been used for cows milk, pour almond milk into it, heat it using a filthy steamer that was caked in old cows milk, try to use a stirrer from a jug that I had watched her use in cows milk then roll her eyes at me when I asked her not to use it. I ended up throwing the coffee away (thankfully it was a free coffee). Most people who get coffees with alternative milks don’t do it because it’s trendy, they do it because they can’t tolerate cows milk. I had been sick in the past after having breakfast here but didn’t think the reason would be from cross contamination in the coffee.

This place is SO good! Such unique and yummy food on the menu. You can tell the chefs have a passion for their food and it comes across in the flavour. I tried this cafe after trying another ‘new’ cafe in town and they don’t even compare. I would highly recommend Hissy fits cafe �

Would highly recommend!! I had the Holy Cheesus Cheeseburger. Great sized pattie for the bun, high quality mince that was juicy but not too greasy. Good strong mustard and cheese that covered the pattie. Encased in a soft, fresh lightly toasted bun with these incredible dill pickles that seemed like they were made in house. Hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had! Coffee was on point also, great temp. Quality extraction with a nice rich crema sitting ontop of a wonderful latte art pour. Service was friendly, easy and laid back but not slow or sloppy. The wait was short with meals and drinks arriving at almost the same time! 10/10

My family and I are vegan and Hissy Fits has vegan options for the majority of their menu. For non vegans try a vegan option for something different. You will be pleasantly surprised and you won't regret it. Thanks Hissy Fits!

Had the Cheesy Geezer and it did not dissappoint. Perfect beef patties, house made pickles on point and a sauce that i almost left in my beard so i could taste it later. Do yourself a favour.

Holy shieeeet! What a exciting menu! Classics with a twist. Fusion cooking brought to Tamworth ahoy! Peaberry coffeee / funky staff / child friendly / air con and comfy tables and chairs to kick back on! Can't get any better then this Tamworth folk! Ooooooh yes Jordan and Claire have done it again!

I visit Tamworth regularly and without wanting to come across as a Sydney snob, it can be really hard to find good food and coffee here, with good service! Tried Hissy Fits for the first time today, great coffee, seriously tasty innovative food (not the usual seven different riffs of bacon / eggs / salmon / toast), and prompt friendly service, all combined with a great fit out and look, we left very happy. We’ll be back again and again!

Had lunch there and it was fantastic .BUT the chocolate milkshake was to die for...���. Great job guys. Try it you won't be disappointed...���
