Review Teamo Teahouse - Tamworth

I've heard that Teamo Teahouse is a time-honoured stop not only for travellers but also locals of Tamworth and now I understand why. First of all, the owner is easily reachable as she is always there ensuring the quality of everything that they serve, they have very friendly and efficient staff, a cozy and cute space at the back, and they serve delicious food in very generous portions and their coffee is a must! Beautiful texture! What an excellent service, will definitely return!

Nice little family business. Warm service. They have a nice selection of tea and are patient to explain to you and select the best one for today.

Absolutely amazing place. Been here on my last two trips to Tamworth and had an amazing breakfast and coffees both times. The staff are friendly and give exceptional service. A must try for locals and visitors alike.

Great place for brunch. Breakfast wrap, dukkha eggs and the caramel bacon waffles were a hit with the kids!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this cute and quirky cafe. I had high expectations when I ordered my chocolate milkshake and I am pleased they were met. Brilliant staff and a delicious milkshake. I would come here again. I found my happy place : D

Amazing coffee and I loved the cute, quiet courtyard at the back. I ordered the smashed avo and feta, which although lovely came on one tiny piece of bread which was a little disappointing for $15.

A small shop hidden inside of town It's a nice hipster kinda place, food at a fair price same with the drinks, cupcakes did taste a tad old but had flavour. Some teas were made well compared to others. It's a open kitchen and it looked clean. Would like to see more food/ meals on the menu or snacks to accompany the types of teas available. But they are limited to what they can do due to the size of the shop. Not a lot of seating within the facility and you may get wet if you choose to drink or eat out side if it rains. And with winter on its way I hope they add heaters. But it's a great place to be in sunny weather. It's a place you should at lest try once but it's not a place I could go every week.

Teamo cafe rocks it for mixing flavours without question and at your discretion. I love fruit toast with a slab of vegemite.. Not a scrape of veg and not a skinny piece of dry bread loaded with butter. Teamo’s fruit toast, is like having the Willy wonka golden ticket experience. With your on the side options. Flavoursome!! Your fruit toast is sooo wholesome. Well done.

I was very unimpressed with the service. Charging $15 is outrageous for two eggs (that were not cooked well) and one piece of unbuttered bread as toast. When asking for water for the table, I didn't expect to be given warm water from the outside tap and shot glasses to drink from. And your kidding yourselves if you think a few burning incense will take the horrible smell away.

Really lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive...The coffee was great and the food delicious. We enjoyed it so much we went back for 3 consecutive days for breakfast.

Excellent food and friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere out the back and really good if you have a few kids with you.

Beautiful family business. The food is amazing and the tea & coffee is divine. Once a month there is world street food night and it is a culinary must!! Gorgeous ambience, impeccable service, delicious cuisine. Thank you once again.
