Service was great. The coffee was amazing and barista was very timely.
The order was packed well and done in good timing.
However, bathrooms could have been cleaner.
Would recommend for locals and travellers passing through.
The food was typical maccas so good in those regards., however we popped in for a quick bite on the way to a concert and the place was trashed 6pm not unexpected. But when you go back 4 hours later to grab a desert, and the exact same trash is still there, nope that's not on.
The lovely McCafe assistant today was absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming, assisted with my order and was prompt and efficient in delivering it. All with a huge smile! It really made my day. If a manager could find out her name and pass on my thanks, it would be appreciated.
Disgusting. Even though we ate inside, the burgers were cold. The tables were dirty, rubbish on a lot of the tables. The table we were able to get was covered in sauce and other sh!t. Stood waiting to be served for aleast 10 minutes even though there was no other customers.
Not he cleanest and service was a chore .... Not McDonalds usual greeting and banter. Foodsafe need to give some instruction as how to keep a food outlet clean, or at least an inspection. Check the build up behind the coffee machine and grinder.
Beautiful customer service tonight from the lady who gave me my food in drive through at 720pm tonight. Very happy customer well done Tamworth East
The slowest service ever. Hardly anyone in the shop. It took 20 minutes from when we ordered to when we received our food. When we finally received our order the chips were absolutely disgusting. I ordered an Angus burger that had lettuce and tomato in the picture but mine had none, just dried out
Food was very good. But service is the slowest of all Maccas we've been to this year.
