An absolute joke. Are they serious? Waited 11 minutes in drive thru, one other car, and the Whopper comes out looking like this.
I bit into it, and it tasted worse than my leather thong. When I inspected the patty, it is rock-hard and blacker than charcoal.

Ordered 2 Chicken royales specifically with no sauce, both had sauce. Went back thru and got the second burgers that we were told had no sauce again and low and behold the replacements also had sauce! Staff were also very rude with answers such as “yeah yeah yeah” and turning around and walking away
Typically expect slower service than maccas however the quality of food is usually much better. Burgers are flavourful and chips are always well cooked.
Good job on the grilled chicken burger with no tomato and spicy sauce!!! Smallest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen, some white sauce instead of spicy sauce and a massive tomato chunk (I’m allergic to tomato)
Hungry Jack's Tamworth, is in a great location if you're passing through. The staff here are friendly and give you good service. I think the 1 thing that would improve things here would be an outside eating area.

The "New Smokehouse Whopper" - Looked forward to trying this new burger until opening this sloppy mess. Looking at the pictures, you wouldn't think they were the same burger.
As usual the trash bins were over flowing.
