Review Domino's Pizza - Tamworth

So ordered a delivery $80 it said 7.30 delivery rang the store at 8pm and the lady said I’m not sure when it will get there maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I said I have young kids here waiting can I speak to the manager to get an exact time please. She said I don’t think the manager even knows. I said can I speak to them anyway please. They put the manager on he said it’s just left the store and will be there soon. Absolutely ridiculous. The quality of pizza is not that great, it’s over priced and it’s always late and half cold. Would not recommend at all.

Staff were drinking, eating and using personal mobile phones while attending to my pizza and other customers pizzas and food products. The pizzas that I ordered were unsatisfactory to the point of unbeatable. Toppings were scarce and all in the middle and sections of the pizza had no topping whatsoever. I wasn’t even given a receipt for my purchase. I’ve taken photos of these pizzas for future evidence. This seems to be a common problem with this store and will most likely go somewhere else when deciding to have pizza again. Will be letting family and friends know so they too don’t use dominos north Tamworth. If I could give them minus stars it would be MINUS 5 STARS 😡

Im not one to leave a bad review. But tonight’s performance from dominos was just bad. No other word for it. Just bad. I ordered 4 pizzas for my family and I. After an hour no show. Called the store. They told us they were busy. Fair enough, the order came half an hour later, after they assured us it would only be another ten minutes . I’m a reasonable person, And patient but when I opened my pizzas, one was burnt, two had very, very little toppings, but the other was fine. I’ve tried calling the store over 9 times with no response. Very disappointed

Order was put through on app at 1140, they shut at 12, order was 20 mins late, put a negative review on app when i saw they were shut but i was wrong, pizza turned up and was hot. I really appreciate the after close delivery. Every order is delivered it seems. Thank you north dominoes for my 3 pizzas to 10.

Won't accept most vouchers, killing me on a public holiday. Legitimate going to get a family box from McDonalds as it's much cheaper and easier then trying to order from dominos on such a limited selection on a public holidays. And yes I did check the store vouchers but am not paying $40 for three pizzas with minimal topping. Have noticed over the last few months using vouchers accepting else where have being blocked after use from this store,..... I do expect a reply explaining this. Replying other stores can afforded this but you can't will only point out the low quality of food

Don’t do dominos Tamworth Store run by liars and cheats, Took order and money through the app. Order didn’t arrive after 1 hour and store closed. Contacted another open store who contacted this store manager who said they called me and told me order was cancelled, guaranteed they didn’t call me as I was watching the tracker.

Will never go here again rude service from a male manager I got over charged and when I called to complain he gave me more attitude he said " and what are you going to do about it " then he laughed at me I asked for his name and he said I don't have to give U that so I called another store to ask what I could do about the manager at North store the young lady I spoke to new exactally who I was talking about at north store I was told the regional manager would call me and still no call from anyone hence why I'm writing this review

The best domino’s my wife, and I ever had. We ordered from the same place three days in a row. The ingredients were fresh, and the pizza base was just in the right texture. Can’t believe I am saying that this place is definitely one of my top 3. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks.
