Terrible customer service workers laughing while making sandwiches and not paying attention to what there doing 5 girls standing out the back just looking at the line of people and not serving anyone one girl comes out and serves me and the person in front and the rest of them stay out the back until the girl ask for help then 2 Girls just leave while there is a whole line waiting to be served. Nice sandwiches but terrible workers

I did have 5 stars, but have now changed this rating to 3 stars. Some staff members do a brilliant job, excellent customer service, what you could call par excellence. It sometimes looks like the Indian lady's that work there leave all the hard work to the others. Always get better served by the non-Indian staff members and they charge the correct price. I am a regular customer.

Absolutely disgusting. The amount of times I have seen roaches here is abysmal (when accompanying others). It's extremely apparent the management don't care to maintain the problem. Would not eat here.
