Ok, so wanting anchovies and chillies on my Ranch pizza may be weird but what a wonderful explosion of flavours! Washed down with an imported beer. Will be back more than once, particularly if the apple and caramel pizza stays on the menu.

We came to the restaurant on a Wednesday night as weary travellers and ended up eating there 4 out of the next 5 nights including one night with a huge group. The atmosphere, staff, drinks, facilities and food were all incredible. This place doesn't put a foot wrong. Mt Beauty is so lucky to have a venue like this and a team with such vision and such a focus on customer service. We will be back!!

We had the margarita/satay pizza with some coconut lemonade and it was delicious. The desserts are really good and the staff is lovely! Would definitely recommend!

Great food, great service, great location. Greeted by the owner shortly after a very friendly waitress showed us to our table. He gave us a small complimentary alcoholic coconut lemonade to get us going. It was awesome. Partner had the lemon pepper prawns and I had a pumpkin pizza. Both were very tasty. I could have eaten two pizzas they were so good. We finished off with a chocolate and strawberry pizza which sounds wierd, but was excellent. The night ended with a peach liqueur while sitting on the deck in the twilight, looking at the mountains. Very nice night. Highly recommended.
Greeted warmly by the owner from the outset and the great service continued throughout the evening. Lovely warm family atmosphere and lovely winter food on offer. We ordered the lamb rack and smoked pork, both generous serves and delicious. The apple crumble was a nice way to finish off the evening.
Friendly pizza place. This place is always great, for a pizza after a long day skiing. Have been coming here since it opened, and at the minimum will yearly will make a visit. Staff are always so lovely and welcoming..... sometimes you might even get a drive in their limo!!
Very welcoming and attentive waitstaff. Lovely atmosphere and views. Casual. The pizza esp the GF is amazing! In fact, if you are GF, you really should stop. They give you a free mulled wine to start and this delicious dessert drink. Def a must visit!
Welcoming. Really loved this place - arrived with a group of friends, we received the complementary limo lift to the restaurant and later back to our place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming - food was lovely (we had the salmon, Mongolian beef noodles, creamy pasta with prawns and rib eye steak - which arrived well done instead of medium rare, but aside from that was nice). All the meals were generously portioned and we also enjoyed the desserts which were great too. Overall we had a lovely night and just cannot speak highly enough of the management there who are really hospitable :). Both meals and drinks are reasonably priced too.
Great range of food food at reasonable prices. Good range of beer, tho wine limited. Been here two times and does not disappoint.
Great night out with friends at Flour + Water! Picked up by the resident limo, had a beautiful dinner (with good gluten free pizza), enjoyed chocolate pizza for dessert all complimented by excellent service and some marshmallows to roast on the fire outside! Awesome food and experience!

Better Book, Family Friendly, Seasonal Sensation, Caring Catering. I brought my wife and kids here for dinner during winter in 2012- It was so wonderful we decided to come back. The crayons on the table cloth were a big hit with the kids. The artwork displayed was very authentic, it complimented the beauty of Mt Beauty (pardon the pun). I came back for school holidays with the kids in December and to my surprise the restaurant was totally full, unfortunately we had to take-away our food, but it was very quick service- I think the kids were just really looking forward to drawing on the tables again. I recommend making bookings during the busy seasons because you really miss out on something great if you don't.
Oh and the food is great too!
Did I mention that they catered for my youngest's gluten intolerance and even had gluten free items on the menu!

Fascinating and Flawless - Flour + Water is fantastic. I spent a week of my 2012/2013 summer holidays in Mount Beauty (and what a beauty it is) dining out and testing the local cuisine, including Stockpot, Swiss Chips, and Svarmisk. However, I found myself returning, not once, but twice to Flour + Water, and I even got the privilege of enjoying their delicious Woodfired Pizza by the riverfront just before NYE. At the restaurant customer service was impeccable, service with a smile. The menu had a delicious array of various dishes not just the Pizza. On my first visit I enjoyed a very good Prawn Linguini with complimentary Schnaps, my second visit I devoured the delicious Pumpkin Pizza, at a very reasonable price too- this night I was tempted into the very enticing Dessert Menu, I recommend the Tumbleweed and the Kids really enjoy the Chocolate Pizza. Even on-the-go at the caravan park the pizzas were delicious and the staff there were very friendly. On my last day I had breakfast at Flour plus Water to farewell the wonderful staff who had provided me with excellent service and enjoy a nice cooked breakfast for the road. I recommend the French Toast with the unique Hashbrowns- nothing like I have ever experienced. Absolutely delicious. WOULD 100% RECCOMMEND TO ALL VISITORS OF THIS BEAUTIFUL TOWN.
A family friendly restaurant. After a day skiing at Falls we stopped by with friends for a group family evening out. The owner was very tolerant of our excited children from the day up at the snow. He brought them coloring crayons and paper to draw upon. The children's meals were quickly sorted out along with their drinks so that they'd settle, as they did. Which allowed the adults on our group to enjoy the evening and conversation. The food was very reasonably priced as were the drinks. The management also were very happy to rearrange their tables so that we were all seated together. An interesting note is their specials board. On which was an interesting array of options from prime rib eye steaks to a fantastic linguine in which was the largest number of prawns we have ever seen in such a dish. Next time we are all in Mt Beauty we shall certainly visit again.
A Pleasant Surprise. We had dinner with friends on the way up to Falls Creek. We will definitely be back to this place. Great if you have kids, liked the crayons for them to draw with on the paper on the table. We loved the specials board, I had a rib eye steak which was so big my hubby had to finish it. When we were there, there was also a pasta dish, a lamb dish, as well as a stir-fry, so it's more than just pizza. In all, friendly service, reasonably priced food, and open late which is fab, if arriving/driving through late. But book during peak times (winter especially) as it was jammed packed full when we were there this winter.
