About what you would expect at any KFC, however the duty manager was very apologetic for running out of chicken pieces and offered other options at no extra cost. That's what you call customer service and great management.

I always get good service at this KFC, good tucker for a now and then meal, zinger box, and some extra pieces (travelers)
