We had a great night New Years Eve, the food was good though not a lot of choice as was a limited menu, the staff were great. Phillip and his lovely wife Julie made us very welcome, we will definitely be back 😀
If you need a good serve of hearty German food, you can't go wrong.
The beer selection both on draught and bottled is impressive.
Kid friendly too.
Great club homely great setting beer
Jumping castle croquet
Das ist gút! The most unassuming venue that serves up spectacularly traditional Deutschland favourites!
First visit to Concordia. Oh my word ! We had the pork knuckle ( all 4 of us) . Great crackling and tender ,moist ,sweet meat. Lovely atmosphere, child friendly and excellent service at the bar and restaurant.
A great place to be. Good food, good drink, good music, good company.
Loved the live band and the great customer service.
We love the food and atmosphere for our ARENTZ reunions
The menu in this place is similar to that of a bit famous one in Darlinghurst, but despite their similarities, our visit was an enjoyable one. We went their with a table booking in case the place will be full as it was a Saturday.
When we arrived it was actually full. A wedding reception was being held luckily there were still few tables for other diners. We ordered the chicken schnitzel, knuckle, and sausages. Serving sizes are pretty big so sharing is recommended. Food was good as well as their beer. Ambiance is truly relaxing. There was an accordion musician playing that night. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It is recommended that you leave room for dessert. I mean it is a must. Their cherry strudel was to die for. Ample parking is available. Oh, the downside of this place is it is a bit difficult to locate at night as their are no street lights along the highway and there are a lot of tree outside. This is truly a hidden gem in Tempe.
We love this place. The management here are super friendly, the food is great and they have German beer on tap! Only downside is when you walk in you feel like you’ve gone back in time... it is slightly run down, but that doesn’t mean the food is. We’ve tried 4 different things on the menu and all have been fantastic. Can’t pass the pork knuckle tho! And a bargain at $29 for a full knuckle! Do yourself a favour and come check it out! A must see if you’re a local!
Excellent place for small and large groups. Warm family style. Kids had a lot of fun. Pork knuckle is a must-have. The portion is generous. Live band plays German music and the place is full of happiness. If you need a quiet place to talk to your friends or families, I suggest booking the table outside. They have shelters for outdoor dining areas so raining won’t be an issue.
Absolutely delicious food at great prices. Lovely atmosphere and super friendly staff. The pork knuckle was tender with crispy crackle that was out of this world. We'll definitely be back.
Great no frills club with amazing food! Sits behind a lawn so great for those with families as the kids can run around in front of the restaurant while the adults eat / drink! We ordered the pork knuckle and some sides. The knuckle was delicious - cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside. The beers are great also although a little on the pricey side and the line up to get a beer a bit time consuming. Overall a great place though - would definitely recommend!
Food: authentic Germany food, pork knuckles are cooked very well.
Service: the staffs are very friendly and helpful, they clean up the empty glasses and plates very quick.
Environment: Old club style, very clean, the bathrooms looks like renovated recently.
Overall it is a kids friendly and authentic place for Germany food, definitely worth it for a visit.
The pork knuckle was the bomb. The crackling was superb and the pork meat was soft and succulent. My cousins said the rest of the food was average but I was overjoyed with my food. The club is a step back in time and a fun experience
A hidden gem in Tempe. German beers and hearty fare plus it's dog and kid friendly. Wonderful friendly staff that makes you feel like part of the family. A great spot for everyone to meet for dinner and drinks.
Portions are huge and the food is tasty. The German beers are great and reasonably priced.
Have been a few times but they never have the Berlin pork knuckle which is a bit of a shame
Quaint little club with German dining. Located on Cook's River, it's an unassuming little venue with NO pokies. Family friendly and a bit of a time warp inside, quite dated but still fund to visit.
