Great service from Cindy. Very fair price. Very reliable. Sent me two clubs to try before I decided which model to buy. Very friendly and professional. Cannot rate my experience high enough

This once great driving range continues to slip into disrepair. It’s a shadow of its former glory, the owners don’t maintain or repair anything. Only one ball dispensing machine occasionally works over both floors. You can wait for 20 mins to get a bucket of balls. The field is a mud pit and has been for some time.

Worst management. Their facilities are very old and unreliable, so you have to wait in line for a bucket of balls for 30-40minutes average. They also change their closing time at their will - after receiving confirmation by phone call that they close at 6pm for last buckets, and driving for 30minutes so I make it in time before 6pm, the ball machines are closed and the management says they’re out of balls, when all they have to do is turn on the machine. Unbelievable customer service, unreliable equipment and facilities and the inconvenience of shortening their closing time without notice is horrible. Would not recommend to any golfers that value their time and money. Unbelievable.

I've been coming here for a few years but the place is getting worse and worse. Almost every time you go there these days you turn up to find out the card payments don't work, or more likely there's no balls. Surely the fundamental thing a golf range does is provide balls, but there is almost always an issue with lack of balls. And when you complain to staff they just look blankly at you and don't care. They're clearly not investing in the place and it shows. When every visit is a source of frustration it's time to go somewhere else.

Place is getting old and needs an upgrade. Mats and Balls are also poor or average quality at best. I hope their recent price increase goes towards some repairs and maintenance…or at least some new balls.

16.7.22 Chinese restaurant at Golf Paradise. Re-editing to say this restaurant is now open Tues to Sun, lunch only, 11.30am -3pm. There is a limited lunch menu and some of the staff have changed and left including the previous long-standing manager. I was told that aside from the limited lunch menu, that with advance notice or, if supplies are available in the kitchen that they will also do their best to provide for special requests. I'll add photo of the lunch menu that I took today. Takeaways also offered. ................ Chinese restaurant - we often went for special occasions and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. The outlook over the golf driving range makes for a pleasant change especially at sunset when one often see's small kangaroo's on the range. Especially suitable for the elderly as there's plenty of parking as well as disability parking with a fairly flat level entry. Also great for kids including big kids who might like to have a game of mini putt putt golf after lunch, then of course there's also the golf driving range for the more 'serious' golfer.

It's ridiculous. I've been waiting in a queue for more than 30 minutes waiting for them to fill the ball machine. And the last bucket is in 20 minutes! This is a joke!

Well it's ok. Maybe for a bit of fun but the balls are very old range balls.

My boyfriend and I dined at the restaurant during a not super busy night. Another couple sat down and ordered after us and got their food first and when I asked the waiter if our food was going to be ready soon he waved his hand at me, grunted and walked off. We were offended but decided to try to enjoy the night. After we had finished eating, my boyfriend asked for a quiet word with the waiter because he wanted to make it known that what the waiter did was incredibly rude. The waiter completely flipped out and started making aggressive gestures at my boyfriend and pointed his finger close to my face saying I'm rude. I'm in complete disbelief that this waiter is behaving like this, and the manager did nothing to try to calm the situation, and didn't even berate the waiter. What amazed me the most is as we were leaving, the waiter kept coming back and tried to pick a fight with my boyfriend. Don't go here unless you enjoy despicable behaviour from the staff.

Frendly staff make the difference. This is our go to place for Chinese, eat in or take away. Always prompt and cheerful service. food presented well and enough to satisfy. we usually order one main dish each and share. they cater well from oldies and young ones and the dining area has a nice view across the golf range and bushland. Mini golf has been a hit for family functions. Be pleasantly surprised by this local restaurant
