Staff are nice. Beautiful views of the ocean and decent food. However portion sizes are very small and overpriced especially considering the small serve of avocado was $5 extra. Would give 3 stars for the food but 4 for location.

Was there for a wedding. Food was great. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and put up with the usual wedding shenanigans. All the food was delicious and decent sized portions. We watched fireworks from the deck outside overlooking the river, definitely made the night a little more special.

One of the best locations in Noosa and GREAT food. Specials were excellent and GLUTEN FREE heaven if that is as important to you as it is us. We will be back!

We had an amazing wedding here on 24 March 2018. The venue, staff and food was amazing with everyone commenting on the efficiency of the staff in serving meals and drinks to the tables. The location is second to none with great water views and large spacious venue. We had 110 guests and there was ample dance floor space, seating and outdoor entertaining areas. Sue has a wealth of knowledge on local vendors and how to create the perfect wedding. Thanks to you, Geoff and the team for making our day so perfect!

A fantastic evening. Food was fantastic, good to honest home cooking. I had the ribs and my wife had the lamb shank and both were equally amazing. Staff were very friendly, attentive and had wonderful table personality. Would recommend this for those who want a cozy evening, an intimate table for 2 or a family outing. There is options for all

Absolutely stunning dining experience! We were seated overlooking the water on sunset. The food was amazing and great proportion sizes. The service was wonderful. Definitely recommend and will be back to dine again.

Went to the River Deck with friends for an evening meal. I had the ribeye which was absolutely delicious. One of the best steaks I have ever had. I asked for medium and it was perfect. The waitress was super friendly and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great place for a drink with a great view. Food hower was average. RSL quality food at twice the price. Garlic bread was obviously put in the microwave and was very average. Fish n chips were 10 x better from takeaway store at the beginning of the marina and the chips were barely cooked. Go here for a drink but go elsewhere for the food.

Recently attended a wedding at this venue. Food was overpriced and over cooked. Left alot to be desired and a bad taste in your mouth. Owner is beyond rude and has disgusting customer service. Great outlook. We ordered the seafood platter for two which had loads of seafood however unfortunately half of it did not taste fresh. Also ordered cocktails which weren't very nice at all. Friendly staff and good location however some improvements to make.

The boss slash owner needs to take a few lessons on how to treat a paying customer. Breakfast don't bother, do yourself a favour go to sizzler the food is better & better value. This is the only restarant that serves you your coffee before you eat with your breakfast juice. Why is this place still in business. I have now learnt to look for reviews before we go out. Give this place a miss or just go & stir up SUE for amusement. Overrated overpriced

We were enjoying a drink overlooking the river at one of the surrounding restaurant/bars when the owner (assuming) disruptively attempted to usher us towards her restaurant. This appalling act alone has insured we will never dine at the river deck restaurant.

PELICANS TO SEE. We had a very nice morning tea here today. Reasonable coffee for me, tea for Evelyn. We shared a bread and butter pudding (heated) and a chocolate and cranberry brownie. Both were yummy. Owners were our waiters and were friendly and helpful. The venue itself has a wonderful position on the Noosa river. Sitting on the deck we were next to the short boat walkway which was crowded with pelicans. They wait to be fed by Mrs owner fish scraps from the restaurant. She feeds them 3 to 4 times a day. It is great to watch. We will return.

What more could you want?. My partner and I have wined and dined at the River Deck several times now, both together and with family and friends, and I must say that each and every time we have visited here, we have been absolutely blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the high quality of the food!!<br/><br/>The prices are super reasonable for a top quality restaurant in Noosa.<br/>The view is always breathtaking.<br/>The decor is lovely and really suits the marina.<br/>The Staff, particularly the owners of the restaurant, are friendly, polite, super efficient and will always bend over backwards to make your visit one to remember.<br/>and THE FOOD is to DIE FOR! <br/><br/>Seriously, what more could you want???<br/><br/>The River Deck is our most favourite restaurant in Noosa as you get down to earth honest food and genuine customer service.<br/><br/>We live in Brisbane and will often drive all the way to the River Deck Restaurant at Noosa just for the AMAZING Creme' Brulee!!.<br/><br/>We love the River Deck! It is the best place in town!!! or... out-of-town in our case!!

When we arrived we told the lady we wanted to have some sodas on the deck. That was fine (even though she was grumpy), she got our drinks and we went to choose a table. The owner came up and said we couldn't sit on the deck. We told him that the lady said we could. He responded by saying he was the owner and overruled her. We then suggested he should communicate with his staff better about this. He then told us to f*** off!<br/>What a horrible experience! Terrible service!<br/>You shouldn't reward his arrogance with your patronage.

Mother's 80th. We were most impressed with the service we received from the staff at The River Deck for my mother's 80th Birthday on the 5th of April. <br/>All the staff member's were very helpful - in particular Michael, who made it a personal experience. <br/>All staff members were very accommodating for all of our needs, the food was fresh and lovely - good value for money and there seemed to be no effort spared for this special event. <br/>So in particular we would once again want to say - thank you very much.

Looked after us for a work function last December. Seafood and steaks were excellent. Complimented by great wine list and better than excellent service! Will be back for sure.

Great Venue but SAD management. This was a beautiful venue with some really fantastic staff and the food was fabulous but i was personally offended by the arrogance and rudeness of the owner/management Lady of the venue... real shame completely ruined it for me and offended my parents

Great surprise. Great location right on Noosa River at the Noosa marina. We both had the BBQ seafood plate which was close to the best seafood ever. A surprising gem.
