Apart from the actual drive thru being a bit tight, the food is always nice & fresh!! The staff always very friendly & service with a smile 😃 KFC The Entrance are great & very quick. Thanks heaps to all the staff, appreciate your great work & the fresh food, awesome!!
Dirty front area nuggets on floor where you go to order. Receipts on floor. Person at counter just standing around when he could be cleaning area. Young kids at back mucking around in front of customers. Go upstairs to eat and there is rubbish on every table. Dirty as. Would not come back here.
Worked here for almost 2 years, take my word, don't work here. Easily the worst kfc on the coast, staff is a mixed bag with a lot of them acting like npc's, although a good amount of them are cool. Yeah, this place blows.
I spent $44 on a family feast via the Menulog app and received a little filet burger with 2 pieces of chicken. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them again the store is run by 14 year old who have no idea what they’re doing when I asked for the correct meal the worker told me to take it up with Menul
The drive-thru is horribly designed. When you leave the drive-thru, you have to pull out further than normal to even see if there's another car coming. Not to mention it always takes ages to get your food. They often ignore the customers at the speaker, even if there's no one else there.

Worst KFC on the coast. Rarely get your order right but run by kids doing there best. Update 24/7/22, worse than ever. Do not eat here. Orders almost always wrong or have something missing. Absolutely putrid conditions, went to the toilet no toilet paper..stunk of urine..floor in dining area filthy, hand railings filthy, mould growing in aircon above where you eat ...doors leading to up stairs toilet putrid . Health inspector needs to invest this store ..
