Perfect timing for a mulled wine and a bowl of complimentary crisps and a Crichton tech-thriller. There’s a gorgeous window around 4pm when the sun beams down Blythe Street across and warms up this cosy spot on High St. Always great retro tunes.

Great bar on High Street with an excellent selection of spirits and some beers on tap. Food available from nearby restaurants that you can order at the bar. Great beer garden out the back.

We spent a Sunday afternoon in this great bar, atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were amazing. We felt very comfortable and welcomed in the Pallino Bar, highly recommended. Drinks were well priced and served with a smile.

Awesome and well thought out space, relaxed vibe and amazing staff. Ollie is an absolute legend and showed exceptional service from the moment we walked through the doors. Cocktails were reasonably priced and great quality. Highly recommended!

Great little bar along High St. Awesome beer garden out the back. Good music, good vibe, great selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Had a jug of Elderflower Spritzer, was very nice. Will come again for sure.

Drinks were really watery couldn't taste any alcohol 🤷‍♀️

Louisa and her staff were so pleasant to deal with and they even offered me a complimentary drink on arrival for my birthday. Prices for drinks and food were very reasonable. The atmosphere and beer garden had an awesome vibe about it and I'll be definitely coming back for sure :)

Dropped in here for a beer. The service was cheerful and friendly and the beers cold. A match made in heaven lol<br/><br/>This is a relaxed place for a drink with some happy hour beers such as Bodriggy. <br/><br/>Overall this is place worth visiting on High Street.

Brilliant on a Sunday with an all day happy hour for Aperol spritz. A frozen cocktail machine with different cocktails each week. Bit basic on the inside of the bar but the outdoor area is awesome. Perfect on a sunny day!

Great little bar with a great cocktail menu, we tried a few different ones and all were enjoyable.  Staff were nice and the inside of bar was nicely fitted out.

Pallino Bar is a small bar on High Street Thornbury and occupies a space formerly home to a 1950s Italian cafe. Owner Louise Zelencich, who is a Thornbury local opened Pallino with the aim of creating not an on trend hot spot, but rather a quality local’s bar that gets the important things right.

Excellent place! I recommend the espresso martini, the spritz and the pallino. Wonderful drinks and wonderful staff! Love it💕 it’s very cool that allow you to order food from local takeaway.

We were up from Geelong for dinner at Moors' Head, and as is often the case we were early and sought out a place we could spend some relaxing time in. Pallino really fit the bill -- great venue, friendly staff, quality drinks. We'll be back.

One of my favourite bars in Thornbury. Classy cocktails, great beer garden, awesome staff. Had a celebration dinner here and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating made it easier. Will definitely be back.
