The pizza here is amazing!! Particularly the mushroom pizza. I loved the wine list including the natural wines!!! Also had a great vibe and atmosphere. Really laid back - the perfect spot to hang out for hours
In terms of woodfired pizza this place is right up there with Il Piazzolo for me. The dough is excellent and cooked exceptionally well. Highly recommended if you like Pizza
Delicious woodfire pizza and great cocktails. Quite possibly the best pizza I've ever had. Negroni cocktails are spot on and they have a good selection of beers on tap.
It's a small bar in Thornbury, cool vibes and they spin great music. You can also get takeaway from here but when they are busy it's like a 30 min wait. This isn't dominos and it's worth every minute you wait. Also recommend popping down to Carwyn cellars as there is a Wolf & Swill pop up in their beer garden.
Some of the best pizzas in the area. Bases are thin but hold their shape, crispy airy crusts. Generous toppings and sooo tasty! Highly recommend.

It took me a long time to realise that "wolf" and "swill" were not two animals, but references to wolfing pizza and swilling beer. This tiny, warm bar had a good selection of tap beers and an extensive wine list (no idea whether it was 'good', as I am a $10 a bottle kinda girl, but I assume so? it was typed in fancy font so, I guess maybe?). The pizza menu has lots of attractive options and we ordered a "greens" pizza (the green turned out to be chewy kale) and the potato one. The pizzas were more filling than they appear, and deliciously chewy and oily. I would say you gotta like oil and cheese to like these ones. The potato pizza had a sizeable roquette salad kind of, on it! So I was glad we didn't get a side salad as well. The clientele seemed chill - I accidentally burped rather audibly and the girl next to me did a little giggle. The tables are pretty close together so I'd save the alcoholism interventions or proposals for a different venue. All in all, a good place for fancy pizza! Someone was spinning vinyl, the walls were colourful but not daggy, and the staff seemed super onto it. Would definitely go back to try more.
My favourite pizza in Thornbury! Seriously good pizza, on a few different levels. Best crust and tastiest vegan cheese I've ever had. Happy hour as well, so you can't go wrong! Hot tip - get extra Olives on everything

Potato pizza on a GF base is simply the best pizza in Melbourne. Amazing flavours from simple ingredients. Cool vibe and a great location. Service is ok
My friends and I are straight out addicted to this place. I’ve eaten here two nights in a row - twice! The bases are crisp, the crusts are puffed and browned perfectly, and you can taste that the produce and ingredients on top are chosen with care. Not to mention the drinks provided are often refreshed, and if I could buy their chilli oil I’d dump it over every meal every day no matter what.
Could be one of the best pizza places I’ve eaten at, hands down. Amazing bases, toppings and friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit. Need a couple or dessert options in my opinion.
3.5. The venue is small and it was hard finding free stools on a busy weekend night. The selection of beers were also smaller than I expected and it can get pretty loud, but the highlight for me was easily the pizzas. We had the parma ham and calamari pizzas - the bases were great, calamari was fresh and parma ham delicious. Generous amount of olive oil as topping which also enhanced the flavours. Pizzas are on the pricier side, but would definitely recommend trying if you're in the area.
This bar has a friendly and playful atmosphere & these guys make their mouth-watering pizzas as good as my taste buds can handle. It's an awesome little local hangout with a top selection of beers.
I can say with confidence that I had an absolutely stunning experience here!
Dimly lit, warm vibe creates such a lovely cozy romantic atmosphere. It felt I was at a friends house on a casual Friday night. Vast selections of tap beer flowing and the smell of smokey wood fired pizzas fuming up my nose made me want more and more. The bar staff were friendly, good looking and the pizza makers were perfect! I’d definitely rate this place right up there with one of the best pizza bars in the area.
I’ll be back for more with the boyz!

If you're a fan of Lazer Pig in Collingwood, you'll fall hard for this same same but different pizza bar/speakeasy/new local. Records spin late on weekends under the disco ball 👌🏼and there's ample outdoor seating for bringing your doggo.

Delicious pizza! Their pizzas are not italian good, but they are very tasty. The dough was perfect, even better with their chilli olive oil. My favourites are lamb and salami. The honey garlics in the lamb one were so so well seasoned. Good spot for pizzas and drinks.
Oh gosh, this pizza is delish! Actually one of the best I have had in a while. The service was spot on, down-to-earth friendly staff that were super attentive. The tunes on the Friday night were also bang on :)

Some of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the affordably priced Margherita ($20) and the pricier sweet potato and pear ($27) and can confirm it was worth every penny. Wood fired crust was delightfully chewy, toppings were generous and flavour combos were spot on.

Great pizzas, one of the best rocket salads you can find, great cold beer, eclectic and changing wine selection and reasonable prices. And the staff, work hard, smile and clearly love working there.

The food here is always delicious, staff are fantastic and the drink selection caters to whatever you need. The broccoli salad, lamb pizza and honey/garlic pizza are some of my favourites! A must go venue of Thornbury.
