The customer service here is terrible. Due to covid we had to order delivery. 2hrs later (8pm) it was finally delivered with the rudest delivery driver who turned out to be the manager. We requested a refund due to the length of time our family was waiting and the fact we had rung through 45 minutes
Pizza is so soggy it was wet on the base. Could not hold the slice of pizza. Order tracking showed that pizzas were sitting waiting to be delivered for over half an hour.
Called after an hour to see what was going on and they hung up on me halfway through the conversation.
