Stopped in today for a sneaky pub lunch after a walk in the National park. Food was all solid, drinks cold and all prices reasonable.

Good location with nice views to the mountains. However the food was disappointing. We had the lamb kofta and calamari salad with noodles, and two flat white they came to $65 in total. The noodles were only half cooked. The kofta was quite basic, with a bit of lettuce with flat bread.
We dined at The Local on Wednesday night Schnitzel night - we all ordered the schnitzel and wine/beer special. Great value for money. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was good quality pub food.

Fine for drinks (not cheap but its Thredbo) ...quite busy on a rainy autumn Saturday ... nice patio looking towards the lifts. But foodwise, both chicken schnitzel and ceasar salad were not to our taste.
