8 Stones Cafe - Toorak - Photo album

The second time I have had lunch at this restaurant. Soup of the day was cauliflower and leek with sourdough. Yum! Not so. Soup was watery and bread, plain white half toasted. When asked how it was, I said it was watery and not thick enough. The waitress said "Oh well, I'll get chef to thicken it up

Coffee was pretty good but beyond that the cafe needs some work. As a relatively new cafe it still has some problems that I assume will be change in the future such as quality of service and menu selection.
