The food was great. Friday night $20 fish and chips can’t be beat. Good selection of beers on tap too. However, they charged us $55 for the bottle of wine in the photo, which retails for $8.99 and tasted pretty bad. If you come here, avoid the wine at all costs due to the huge markup

The Negroni was better than most cocktail bars! With one big ice cube and Four Pillars Spiced Negroni gin. Steak was perfectly medium rare, the barramundi was delightful, and the salads we’re totally worth eating, not just decoration. Make sure you ask for the specials.
Great local hangout in Hawksburn. Low key and relaxed. Good and friendly service. Daily Happy Hour 6-7 with $5 house wine (sav blanc and Shiraz are great). Wednesday night steaks 300 gram porterhouse $25. Great food and a great deal. Good food. Higher recommended.
