We went there because of the reviews and honestly we were disappointed with the food. It's Thai food for westerners, there are other restaurants in Toowoomba that offer better authentic Thai food. The service was friendly and fast the drinks were cold. The tables were well spaced and the place was clean. But it isn't on High Street it's on Meibusch Street which runs off High Street but there's parking out front.

Nothing was too hard for the wonderful management and service staff who bent over backwards ensure we had a wonderful night. There were 15 in our group and each enjoyed the night and the quality of the food was tops.

We had the Sweat and Sour Fish with Stir Fried Rice as a take away, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.
Dined in with friends a few months later, and all the dishes were great.

This is the Thai restaurant you want to order from when you’re hankering for a Thai. It is clearly cooked fresh, the chicken is tender, juicy and flavoursome.
And the coconut rice was “the best I’ve ever had” - quoted my husband.
The restaurant even dropped off a dish we’d forgotten at pick up. Straight to our door.
You want Thai- come here!!!!! Yum yum yum.

I'm a frequenter of Thai on High St and love it every time we go. My folks have dinner or lunch here at least once a fortnight - its definitely a favourite place of there's!! The space is amazing, the service is fantastic and the food is just so delicious! Thoroughly recommend Thai on High St to everyone!

We have dined here a number of times when we visit from Brisbane. Apart from the amazing food i love how spacious it feels. There is nothing worse than trying to enjoy a meal and conversation when there is a noisy table right next to you! NOT at Thai on High....heaps of room and tables aren't crammed in. Very enjoyable atmosphere and the decor is stunning! Would highly recommend it.

Love the food here, my favourite is Seafood Choo Chee curry with coconut rice, simply delightful. Love how spacious the restaurant is, you're not sitting on top of each other. Very enjoyable place to eat.

I rang and ordered a takeaway pad see ew with tofu. I was told it would be 15 minutes. For some reason when I arrived to collect my order it was on the bench and had no vegetables in it at all.. it was simply noodles with tofu. On the menu it clearly states that the pad see ew is cooked with egg and stir fried vegetables- I simply asked to add tofu. At no point did I order the pad see ew to be without vegetables? I then had to wait for it to be re-cooked and was still charged full price. Very disappointing!!

Whenever I venture up to Toowoomba, I always stop in at Thai on High.
I absolutely love the Chicken Pad Thai, it's what I get every time I visit. Although, I recently ventured out and also tried the basil chicken (yum)!
The staff are always friendly and prompt, and you're never waiting too long for a meal to arrive. Have recommended this restaurant to friends as well.

Disappointed with our meals tonight. We have been before and been very impressed with the value, however tonight although they tasted nice, 2/3 of the container were filled with just vegetables that weren't even mixed in the sauce.
