Bought a sirloin steak and veg with curly fries, the veg was fridge cold, steak had a lot of fat and gristle at one end. Dessert took way too long to arrive at the table, they came one at a time, with enough time for them to be eaten before the next to arrive. Dreadfully slow...

Nice meals with steaks perfectly cooked although on the small size (traditional). No prime rib available when we visited just after lunch so the substituted Rib Fillet. Very quiet when we visited at Saturday 14:00.

It’s a worry when you order a steak medium rare and your daughters burger patty is more rare then the steak. Both steaks were very ordinary and not cooked to their description. The slow cooked smoked sirloin steak was not slow cooked or tender. The service was ok until I mentioned to our waiter that my wife’s medium rare steak looked to be well done at best. After that he never returned. For the price. I should have gone to my local pub. Sorry but I can’t recommend this place. If a steak house can’t get their steaks right, what’s the point?

Went here for lunch, I have always loved their curly fries and those were great. The steak I ordered however (asked for medium rare) was raw, tough and gristly (pictured). It was also only luke warm and it took a while to come. Not very impressed for nearly a $40 meal and a self proclaimed steakhouse. Most likely won't be returning.

We always have a great experience dinning at this branch. Staff have been great with a friendly smile and the food portions as big as they always are, so be aware of the cut you order. Our orders came out juicy with a side of curly chips and salad. Hogs Toowoomba is always one of the steak houses We recommend to try out with a group of friends or when casually catching up with someone.

Awesome steak as always. A little disappointed that they are no longer accepting the loyalty cards. Personally, having loyalty cards wouldn't be the deciding factor to come in the first place. BUT without loyalty program, it would definitely weight in on repeat visits. Staying tuned to the changes.

Came in for lunch. Was served by Charlotte, who was absolutely fantastic. If I had 5 of her at my work, I'd be laughing all the way to the bank. Kids' food was fine. Unfortunately the prime rib steaks were not great, but Charlotte's attitude and competency made up for that. It was disappointing that the steaks were inedible (I couldn't cut through my steak at all - steaks were taken off the bill thankfully) but Charlotte really made up for that. Definitely someone who is going to go really far in anything involving being in contact with people.

Terrible experience tonight. - partner has stomach condition so she decided to remove her allergens from her salad. Assistant manager came out after we ordered and basically told us it was not worth ordering after what she had removed. Living with this condition we are quite aware and are still prepared to pay whatever price as it is a blessing to even be able to eat in the first place. Felt quite attacked and belittled. - our food was taking so long we decided to go out to the car for a cigarette, as we were letting the the assistant manager know a staff member was already clearing our table of our full drinks! We told her to return them to our table and proceeded to head outside, as we were re entering someone was clearing our table of our full drinks AGAIN!!!! - Hogs breath broke the golden rule of steak houses…. DID NOT ASK HOW I WANTED MY SIRLOIN COOKED?! After ordering and then realising myself I had to chase down a staff member to tell them I wanted medium rare….. which it definitely was not medium rare.. it basically came out mooing it was so undercooked and raw. - $8 FOR A LARGE OPEN GLASS OF APPLE JUICE??!! - To top it off my immunodeficient partner and myself left quite worried and scared as we weren’t checked for Covid vaccination status nor anyone else we saw enter the premises. I’d put zero stars but google wont let me. Will not be returning.

We had a large table booked, it was cramped and uncomfortable. I could barely cut into my steak without elbowing my Mrs in the ribs. Car parking? When the car park is full how about putting a sign out or having staff direct traffic to alternate areas? Its a small thing that would help your business. Table service was good considering the rush but you could of sold another $100 worth of drinks if staff were attentive. Kids meals were served together in good time as were the adults with just one meal running late, numbered seats obviously helped your staff. Overall the food was also a 3 star affair, decent but no wow factor. My steak had more gristle that a 1000 pack of rubber bands. Overall the place was busy with plenty of happy people, some attention to detail would really improve the overall experience.

First time we have been to hogs breath in many years and OMG we had the best steak I have ever had in my life and the staff could not of been more accommodating � we will be back…you should all pat yourself on the back. Well done everyone �

Food was good. Service was great. Only down sides were - Our table was crammed into a corner even though the place wasn't half full. There were signs on the wall and in the menu clearly stating that kids eat free with a main meal purchase. That was not offered to us and then seemed frowned upon when i asked the question. It was eventually honoured,

Went for lunch today as my kids had the day off school and I wanted to treat them. First we were seated in a very cramped table so we moved ourselves to other seating more suitable. Review of food and drinks - my son loved the nuggets and curly fries though the steak my son and I ordered was disgusting. Mine was like silverside and had a terrible smell to it. My son said his was chewy and tasteless. My partner and my daughter had burgers and were very unhappy with the taste and the buns that were used. Drink wise the soft drinks were very watery. Not good value for money at all. Sorry to say but we won’t be back. PS. Might be an idea for staff to bitch about customers somewhere other customers can’t hear them. Very unprofessional

Went to hoggies toowoomba yesterday for lunch and all i can say is it was absolutely delicious the past two times we have eaten there have been fantastic the potato skins where on point not oily or anything just perfect, the only negative thing i have to say is there was no service with a smile. �

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean tidy no dirty plates laying around. Hints from staff on menu choice were offered when asked. It was a wonderful experience. Love to do it again soon
