Poor customer service and no idea on how to run a takeaway. I ordered by phone at 7:05 pm on the 21/1/2022 and was told it would be 40 minutes. At 8:10 pm my takeaway was not ready and asked when it would be ready. One of the young staff came out to say they had run out of chicken. I asked the youn
