Today for the first time in 3 weeks I was able to leave St Vincent’s Hospital and venture out side. Clearly I headed straight for the cafe on the other side of the road.
When I was taken from my house by ambulance I really wasn’t in any state to grab or pack the important things I would need at the end of week three.
Cash was my issue and right at that point I was unable to use EFPOS.
Not to worry though, I was offered and served one of the best coffees ever and more importantly I was trusted to return to pay for my coffee by management.
I’m tipping as a result of my dress sense and the drips hanging out of my arm I couldn’t hide the fact that I was a in patient.
Thanks again guys, it’s the small things in life and you helped make my morning the best one in three weeks.
The coffee I had there with my extended family this afternoon was just as nice.

I wanted to send in this review because I was genuinely touched by the kindness of one of your staff members today (1/08/18). As always your cafe is busy due to its great reputation so I waited in line to order my usual lunch time coffee. When it was my time to order my coffee the lovely barista girl had already made my it as per my usual daily request therefore I did not have to wait any longer to get my coffee. I really wanted to let you know about this great customer service as it's often you will only ever hear about the negative and not the positives.

Attended the Toowoomba Food Forum today, catered by Impressions on Scott. Compelled to compliment the quality of food and beautiful presentation. Great to know it featured local produce.
Had my baby shower yesterday, customer service was fantastic the lady was very lovely and made sure everything was great. Food was very nice so thankyou for a wonderful day.
