The staff member working was really friendly and she appreciated when I closed the door for her after someone else left it open. The ice cream is amazing 😊

Went through at 9:30 pm and says we doing cleaning so we cant give you any thing but the store closing time is 10:00 pm, they should change time. When we came out of store then they start laughing very poor customer service 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Can't say much about the ice-cream that was delicious. I also wanted to thank the young man that served my friend and I, on the 18/04 around 3. Sadly, being friendly and polite with customers seems to be very rare, especially in the "fast-food" industry. So thank you for talking with me and being such a nice staff :-)

I’m only giving high stars because the ice cream is good. Since moving to the new location service has been horrendous at best. And I believe this is fault of management not staff. On a number of occasions I have walked out or have seen others walk out as there is just not enough staff. 1 person on peak times like weekends is ridiculous. At one point this afternoon 15-20 people were in the store with 1 person serving / working, a lady doing the right thing abiding by covid restrictions left when a group ignored the signs and pushed in front of her. Stock levels are also worth a mention. On many occasions numerous flavours are out of stock. And my other gripe is having to wait while staff prepare Uber orders. Customers in store should take priority over deliveries.

Bad service. Not happy. Visited at 7pm on Wednesday 9th Dec. Girl working behind the counter showed no customer service and a totally blank look. No one smiled or greeted. No one bothered telling us that they won't be long. Just continued doing whatever they were working on. Two staff working with minimal interaction. Please train them on Customer service and how to make people smile. No ambience in the store.

Absolutely THE WORST service I’ve come across in all Baskin-Robbins! Went down Friday night, two staff on, five customers waiting in the shop. Neither of the staff greeted to any of us, or made any eye contact when we walked in and were waiting. We waited for 10 minutes or so just to order because they were preparing takeaway orders. Again the staff had their back on all the customers, no eye contact and no greeting. Should’ve just walked out.
