Review Bombay Bliss - Toowoomba

Influential Nobody
Food was stale and the dishes we ordered (one veg and on non veg) both tasted exactly the same. Like they use the same base masala for all dishes. Left a bad taste in the mouth

Stopped going there for awhile coz the gravy became thin and watery. BUT I ordered lamb vindaloo today and I was pretty happy. Could have been hotter. Otherwise all good. Bought a Mango n a lime chutney to mix in and that takes the meal to another level. Just make the vindaloo hotter guys, don't be scared. Just warn the punters that vindaloo is HOT. I eat hot Indian food because I loathe bland food..so make the vindaloo indian hot guys😆🔥🔥

Went to Bombay bliss at Rangeville. Had an amazing food full of flavour and texture. Naan bread is must when anyone make their visit. Crispier naan bread is mouthwatering

Ordered a large lamb rogan josh medium spice, large goat curry medium spice, large coconut rice, butter naan and garlic naan. The meals were good with the right amount of heat however the naan bread was heavily burnt. It was either left on the plate too long, the pan was far too hot to begin with or both. Couldn't eat it as all you could taste was burnt bread and burnt garlic. The rice was subtly flavoured but was dry. I had to add coconut milk and microwave it to soften it up.

These guys are very friendly and always make a great effort to keep their customers pleased. Tonight I enjoyed a nice single serve of hot butter chicken, rice and naan. It was all to my expectation. If not dining in, then the best idea is to ring in your order as it can be a little longer for takeaway, not bad though. IF you do order in, that is OK there are plenty of seats & tables to sit at whilst you're waiting.

One of the worst Indian food restaurants I've ever had. I don't understand how they are ranked 4.2 stars. The food was that bad we chucked 3/4 of it in the bin. They also forgot food items on delivery. Rice was hard with mushy bits and butter chicken was revolting. Goat curry was smothered in oil with flavour that made me feel sick. As someone who regularly orders goat curry and good Indian food I'm really surprised that it is rated so highly in Toowoomba. Wish I had listened to the 4 or 5 honest reviews about how bad the food was. Complete waste of money!
