Love my morning coffee, and the zed bread is my go too. Love how the team welcomes you each morning and they know your name.
What an awesome place for a weary traveller to pop into on way through town, the perfect ‘pick me up’ not just from the coffee and tasty treats but the energy of the team with a welcome hello as soon as you walk in and smiles are round! Feels good to be made welcome :)

Dam what happened to all the happy bubbly staff. What a shame to see the person at the till talking to people in a demeaning manner. The girls making my coffee at least were happier

Some other franchises could learn some lessons from you guys.
Cold croissant, which was reheated and still cold. The over the top greeting when you walk in is forced and annoying, its actually reduced how many times I go in. Sick of the upselling, just serve your best instead of offering upgrades, its not clever, its just greedy.
