First time visiting Vapiano and I'm impressed, excellent meals, have been to a lot of fine dining italian restaraunts and this place tops my list, beautiful presentation and taste along with very accompanying friendly staff atmosphere.
Went there tonight with a group of friends and had an amazing dinner!! I really enjoyed it. I had the carbonara and it was absolutely lovely. Service was amazing and staff were very friendly!!

Not sure if they've changed things up since all the less than ideal reviews, but our experience was positive. Friendly staff, drinks came quickly after ordering, entrees were fast and delicious, the antipasti platter is fantastic, mains soon followed which were hot, fresh and tasty. Great meal sizes, good value for money, good service. Can't ask for more.
I went with my daughter for dinner tonight, we had the truffle oil and hawaiian pizzas, they were delicious!! Best pizza we've had in a long time. We had cheesecake for dessert but I wasnt keen on that .Service was really good,staff were very friendly, definately will be back to try the pasta and other pizzas!
Delicious pasta & loved the mushroom risotto too! Riot Savignion Blanc from SA on tap was a highlight & couldn’t fault the staff. Excellent!
Always happy to visit Vapianos. Lovely food, good sized servings (enough for leftovers the next day) and fast friendly service. Only downside is they make their customers line up to order.
Went for my mothers birthday and see loved everything. She is very particular so great to find a place she liked!! The only place opened past 9pm too! Haha. So yummy, great service and made with love.
Came here around 7:30pm on a Friday - service was pretty quick given how busy it was. While it's styled very nicely, this isn't a super fancy restaurant - order and pay before you sit and get a table locator thingy so they can find you with your food. We had the mushroom risotto and the Bolognese pasta. The food was very nice, but I don't think it lived up to the hype. I would go to La Piziola instead.
Lovely restaurant. Greeted at the door and explained how the order process worked. They were happy to change items on the menu as I wanted a vegetarian option.
Food was great, and even when busy was delivered in a timely manner. Spoke to the chef Joel, Very friendly.
Highly recommend and would return again.
Staff were excellent and very helpful. The prawn pasta was tremendous. But it is a pain having to go up and pay each time you want to order something - like a drink etc. Got to be a better way of doing this.
Very impressed with our evening at Vapiano’s Toowoomba. Service was incredible and the food was delicious. We had a large group and they were very accommodating. They really went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great night.
