My absolute favourite cafe without question! I've been coming here since the day they opened! The coffee is always great, the service is always excellent! But, the strength of this particular branch is the staff, in particular the drive-thru staff! Rhiannon, Julia, Sam, Zane, Ethan and not forgetting Jen! They are all extremely professional, but also down to earth and always friendly! They truly do brighten my day! 10/10!

I’m a regular in the drive thru and always love my coffee and food, a few occasions I’ve ended up being charged for and receiving 2 items the same when I’ve only ordered 1 but I understand mistakes can happen. I have however found going into the store a long and painful process on more than 1 occasion. The most recent saw us wait 20+ mins for 2 coffees and a couple of food items 1 being from the cabinet! If I wanted to wait that long I would have stayed comfy and warm in my car and joined the queue out onto Alderley street

Every time I order a coffee at this place it is always a terrible experience, all 10 visits ... long waits in the drive through, staff that don't take orders correctly, having milk put in a short black and the quality of the coffee being not much better than dishwater.

The team at Pump Express are awesome! Consistently great coffee, never had a bad meal and the team are always friendly!

For a drive thru coffee then it is perfect, but I found dinning in to be a poor experience. The service is friendly but there is no atmosphere. The prices of the food and drink are really expensive. I bought a small salad and savoury muffin and it over £18 and the salad was super garlic flavoured. A piece of very small typical cafe slice was £7 where the bakery nearby is only £4.

This cafe offers in-house cafe style dining, takeaway and drive through. Friendly atmosphere where staff remember regulars. Yummy reasonably priced food and coffee. Fast service. Clean environment.
