Customer Service was lovely. Staff member seemed genuinely happy, even though it was busy. Only ordered coffee and hot chocolate. Both were yum. Perfect temp. My family are very fussy with hot chocolates. Came up trumps. Received order very quickly. Definately will be back.

The worst service I've ever had. I go there at least once a week, and often in groups. Ordered coffee and banana bread with extra butter. Finished coffee and still waiting for banana bread. Finally get banana bread after ordering another coffee no extra butter, which I had to pay for, then no table

Great food and friendly staff. We went for breakfast and were very pleased.

This is my regular stops after my bike ride with my mates. Very good outside seating and friendly service from the staff. Their coffee comes with a little cookie that I always like and always that service with a smile. Did I also mention that service with a smile yet?
