fast service.. i felt food was a bit pricy for size of meal.. tasty tho..

Ordered four breakfast meals and waited over an hour for the food to arrive and still it has not arrived. Better service is needed the dining area had plates and cups still left over from people who had left 45 minutes ago. Sundays are usually busy so have more then three staff members on.

Walked in ordered English breakfast tea & two orders of cinnamon toast, staff didn't know what tea it was and asked us twice, then forgot we ordered the tea as she went past us a few times. Went for breakfast, only enough orange juice for 1 person. Item on menu not available after being ordered and paid for. Arrived and was told to push past the table and seats as they hadn't been put out yet. Experience was not great, will not be returning. Shingle inn prices for Mcdonald's service.

Customer service was so so but prices are reasonable and the coffee is good. Nice big private booths, it was really quiet when I went so was great place to get some work done. Plus I got a couple of pieces of free Rocky road on my way out.

Dreadful customer service. Cold atmosphere. The number on the website is wrong so I rang their head office to book. They got someone to ring me back the following day. Even though I booked 4 days ahead and there was only one other group in the place, we were seated right next to them in a draught

Highly disappointing. Coffee was cold. service was sad - coffee was spilt in saucer and food forgotten despite there not being many people even there. It's unlikely we'll ever go back to this branch
