A group of us went for lunch today and had a fabulous time. Food and service were excellent and very impressed with free raffle tickets and half a dozen wins for our group.
Waited over an hour for a meal. Bar staff were helpful, but the kitchen staff was useless and slow.
My daughter and I went for lunch today. First time at this pub in several years. Food was delicious and very generous sized servings. Definately value for money. Staff were friendly and polite. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a good old fashioned pub meal in a quite peaceful sett
Car park could do with a bit of work pot holes every where bottle shop very expensive
Nice inside. Good atmosphere..but!
I ordered the seafood basket which came out on a plate. Not well presented. And it was all frozen food. Cooked but out of a packet and overcooked.
My other had the pork chop. It was dry. But the pepper gravy was nice.
The service was poor.
