Absolutely terrible, mccafe not open and very limited choices from the menu, which I understand due to the floods, but the new set up of only having small screens to order from is stupid, liked to be able to see your selection above the tills. My meal was incorrectly made I took it back asking for a fresh one, and I was given same burger with added bits, which I did not accept, finally u got a fresh burger correctly made. We found the store to be badly lit, too dark, and far too cold.đ˘đ˘đ˘

Usual drive through experience.
It hate when they say anything else after I ordered a meal. Talk to fast or I'm getting old. Maccas what do you expect, its fast food.

Absolutely out ranged. Staff were rude. Went through drive through with my partner at 2am after work. Only to get home with only half our order and then ringing them for them not to pick up the phone.

Pretty decent! Don't have to wait too long for food (in the drive-thru) and the service is quite sufficient.

Fast service, freshly cooked, polite staff. Heaps of free parking, have parking for caravans and coaches as well as trailers. Pram friendly and easy access. Clean inside and napkins/straws well stocked.

Drive through employee on Saturday 12/02/22 at approx 10:30pm was rude and seemed uninterested in her job. Complained when we used a discount voucher as we âshouldâve told her when we ordered not at the windowâ. She then grumbled under her breath we had now caused a delay to other customers. Quite odd when we were the only car in the drive through the whole time we waited for our order. Order was incorrect, missing items, hot chocolate only half full, bacon missing from burger. Couldnât be bothered driving back to sort it. Hungry Jacks next time.

This is my go to maccas, they have never really stuffed up any drive thru orders majorly and always seam to have fresh chips and burgers (In comparison to other maccas) also the ice cream machine has only been down once from the many times I've been. It's the best of the worst fast food so take that as you will.

Went through the drive thru tonight and the ladyâs at the cashiers didnât even care as their was a mix up in my order I waited about 3-4minutes at the window patiently waiting for them to come and serve me not they just walked away. I heard the young chubby blonde lady under her breath say a bad slur which I wonât repeat they didnât even seem like they cared about what was happening. They know who they are to
