Paid $82 for a meal, Well, Half a meal Didn't get 1 of the zinger burgers or the nuggets and sauces ( you Never seem to get the sauces but you do have to pay for them if ordered) Stuffed up the drinks completely and didn't get one of them. I know most of the staff are kids but you think one of the minimal requirements would be that they could All count and read VERY POOR SERVICE.

I would like to know why every time my order is wrong. Drive through last night - paid for items and get home to find again an item not received. Previous visit the collection window staff when queried on missing items were adament that their screen did not show item. Had to show my receipt to get the correct order. Time after time. I'm sick and tired of paying for items and not receiving them.

Sometimes food is a bit cold but microwave fixes this if you are taking home. Staff are friendly but drive through around lunch time sometimes takes a long time. The Colonel still delivers!

Terrible experience at this KFC. Every piece Chicken was dry and over cooked. Nuggets tasted awful and the customer service from the first window was robotic! I wouldn’t even finish my sentence before they’d ask me another question or to move to the next window. Definitely won’t be going back here and I suggest you avoid this joint at all costs.

Well firstly I drove through the drive through, there was no menu board working. So drove through and parked up, walking in to the store I had to wait agers to be served. Brought a $31 feast box to take home. Which is 50 ks away. Only to find half my chicken pieces where dry out. If I'd lived closer I would have driven back and asked for a refund. Not happy KFC.

My partner gets uber eats from here. Everytime he gets his order there is at least one thing wrong. Such as missing sauces, wrong drinks, missing drinks etc. Quite annoying when they could easily call us and say we don't have something in stock would you like to replace.

i always order food from KFC toowoomba and everytime lacking of something if it is not sauce it will be chips...i paid for the food i ordered arrived home and something missing....always happened...very bad...it feels like im always being fooled..its ok if it happened once to me but always..hope the management will heard this...

Ordered a Family Feast and 2 x gravies on the 2/2/22. Only received I x chips in the order. Phoned KFC very apologetic and offered to replace the meal. Asked for email and they stated would send voucher for replacement meal, no voucher ever arrived. It’s really not about the voucher. It’s about the quality control or lack of, this a frequent occurrence with KFC. In future I will check the order to ascertain it is all there before I leave the drive through. Sorry if I holdup other orders but it is a necessity due to incompetence of KFC.
