Friendly staff and even better coffee! Located in Grand Central Shopping Centre. Definitely somewhere to grab bite. Really impressed 👏

Dropped in here between our walk in the park and our exploration of Grand Central Mall. Was good coffee and we got to listen to some great tunes as well. Highly recommended.

The best place to find your perfect coffee around in grandy. I love their friendly and quick service. Last visit I tried a latte with loaded fries and it's absolutely yummy and loaded. You can sit outside of the caffe even in this winter since they have setup heaters . Very thoughtful.

After some initial confusion as to whether we'd be served a late lunch (main website refers to Parramatta store which has different hours and menu), the staff kindly decided to make an exception and provide us with meals. Much appreciated as we were very hungry. To keep things simple for the kitchen crew, we both selected the Chickpea & Cauliflower Salad (topped with optional chicken) as our meal, with a side serve of fries. Thumbs up to the awesome waitress who actually talked me out of ordering the larger bowl of chips; as she'd warned, it would have been way too much. We also bought a large flat white and chai latte, with high expectations as this is, after all, a business specialising in coffee. Last but not least, slices of Black Forest Cake and Carrot Cake as an indulgent treat. We enjoyed our salads, which were sizeable and filling. They comprised decent quantities of the various ingredients and took quite some time to eat. We actually had diners on both sides of our table approach us for details as they'd liked what they saw. The drinks were, as hoped, very good and much enjoyed. My fussy wife rated her flat white quite highly while my chai latte was creamy and rich. The cakes were excellent; large in size, moist and supremely decadent. Even better, served with cream AND ice cream. Overall, this was a positive dining experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the venue itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, while the food and drinks were of a high standard.

Friendly staff. simple &nice food. If they made hollandaise would be nicer but busy site so understandable.

Coffee was horrible, food was overpriced and covered in flies! I went there for coffee with my baby, no high chairs and could barely move in the place way too many tables! Huge fire hazard! I felt really uncomfortable and won't be back! Coffee Club is way better! I would never recommend to any of my friends!

I give you a 2 because the Fng bar is amazing and the female staff are friendly. I would of given more but the opening hours are the worst of any hospitality business in Toowoomba. Should be called forever closed coffee Toowoomba. Internet says 7am till 10pm everyday yet 4:45 today it's all locked up and the staff are drinking milkshakes.The young male staff need an attitude adjustment.

I was the first customer of the day for breakfast on Friday, when I went up to the counter to order the lady who appeared to be the manager interupted as I began to give my order that they couldnt make any food yet, like I should of known, because they had workmen in the kitchen. When my breakfast did come (avocado stack), the avocado used had already turned brown and tasted like it. The extra bacon (that was $4) was cooked less than the dodgy bacon you get on Hungry Jacks burgers. The meals are overpriced compared to a lot of options close by and they clearly have opened without properly training the staff afternoticing a few things and it was my second chance for them and I havent yet got the actual drink I orded.

Not sure what previous reviewers are on about - the people in this town lack a sense of reality. I come in here frequently (sometimes 3 times a day) for the service, friendly staff, well made coffee's and good food. Else why would I? Keep it up.

Came for Mothers Day and my grandma ordered the fluffy pancake stack for $12. What came on the plate were 2 flat tiny pancakes that barely took up a quarter of the plate. As the waitress said this is a franchise and they have to serve what they are told but I don't think that this dish was worth $12 for what we got.

I Had the steak buger big nice and frech my wife had salmon and she said was veary nice kids had calamari and chips they liked theres as well best food and drinks in long time

Went in to get a coffee this morning. Ordered a mocha, had to return it as it was only warm. What i didnt like was the chef lady bringing it out and looking back at barista and rolling her eyes. And that young boy working in there should learn a thing or 2 aswell

Amazing service. So friendly and fast!!! Great coffee and yummy food. Will definitely be a regular at The Coffee Emporium. :)

Shocking service, staff are very poorly trained. Drinks never arrived and we ended up leaving. Certainly won't be back.

Treat staff like crap. I will never step foot inside coffee emporium to buy a thing only thing I'll be going in for is to get my pay as i havent been paid
